An antique Spanish door transformed into a beautiful table that seats 10 defines the dinning area between the lounging area and the kitchen. There is a beautiful and grand custom designed wrought iron chandelier overhead.

Kitchen: The kitchen is state of the art with stainless steel Viking appliances including a 6 burners and griddle range with double ovens. We can help arrange a professional chef at your request. There is a large island with a breakfast bar and a separate dining nook. The nook has built-in booth style seating as well as accommodating extra table chairs plus 26 inch HD flat screen TV. There is another set of the 8 foot French doors leading to a potted garden with a fountain and patio area with a small table and seating, perfect for morning coffee.

Master Bedroom: The Villa Master Bedroom is upstairs off the balcony. Two 8 foot solid alder doors are at the entry to the room. There are 8 foot French doors that open to a private deck with a Jacuzzi and views of the city and the Channel Islands. An outside stairway leads down to the back yard and Veranda. The Villa Master Bedroom is surrounded by windows with views of the mountains, City and Islands. There is a king size bed with the finest linens. The Villa Master Bathroom includes travertine wanes coating, 2 pedestal sinks, a large travertine enclosed walk-in shower and a fabulous soaking tub.
