All the comforts of home! Bright and cheery 2 bedroom condo, ideally located across the street from Trout Creek Recreation in Tahoe Donner.

Modern and comfortable with everything you'd want to enjoy a great time in the mountains including internet access with wireless, cable tv, 1 car garage, washer & dryer, gas fireplace (no messy logs here!), bbq, small granite kitchen with everything you need to make a gourmet meal!

Right in Tahoe Donner - In the summer - enjoy the renowned Tahoe Donner Golf Course, swimming, hiking and biking trails. In the winter - Tahoe Donner's own ski area and cross country and sledding! Tahoe Donner also features a fine restaurant at the golf clubhouse and deli/store, which are both just up the road.

Across the street is the Trout Creek Recreation Center. A driving range in the summer turns into the sledding hill in the winter. Wander over after a day on the slopes and sit in the hot tub! We love our cozy condo and hope you do too!

The bedrooms: 2 bedrooms, each with a comfy queen sized bed. 2 twin futons as extra places to sleep. (sleeping bags recommended for these.

We do provide sheets for the beds and towels

We really appreciated staying in your condo. It was really perfect for our family. We loved being able to just go out back to let the kids explore in the snow. The sledding across the street was convenient too. We also appreciated the high quality of everything in your condo. The beds and linens were super comfortable and the cookware and dishes were nice. We could tell that you take pride in your condo. Having a garage to park in was a nice unexpected bonus as well, since it snowed during our stay. Thanks again. We hope to stay there again soon.

We had an excellent stay at the Hallorans' place. It is very clean and well maintained, including a well-stocked kitchen. The Hallorans make all the amenities available, down to the mattress warmer, iPod speakers, and garage door opener. The condo was centrally located with close access to Truckee and the Norden ski areas. I recommend it if you are looking for good value in a homey place to stay.

What a lovely home, too many things to comment on, we loved it all (I just loved your 'winter' scene above the front door, TOO dang cute!). LOVED this condo, can't say enough about it. Excellent location, literally across the street from the tubing/sledding area (Trout Creek Rec) and 5 minutes from Tahoe Donner Ski. Great layout, bdrms and full bath upstairs, living area (and 1/2 bath) downstairs. Living room has a wonderful fireplace, super comfy sofa, the dining table is genious with bench seats to accomodate many. The kitchen is equipped with everything you could ask for. Property is like new, obviously very well cared for, quite private (back looks out onto lovely trees and greenbelt area).

Owner very responsive to questions and very accomodating. Will definitely be returning as often as possible!
