Wonderful Home

This is sooooo much better than any hotel. The house was just amazing and decorated to a T. Large and roomy, our group of 7 never felt crowded. Great location and conveniently located close to malls and grocery stores. Tobin and Jennifer were quick to respond and very easy to work with. We would love to stay again on our next trip to the Phoenix area.

Fabulous Experience

The house and the Cookmans were fabulous. The house was absolutely incredible and my children were ready to move in permanently. We found that all of our needs were met and my husband loved the shower. The pictures don't do the house justice and the view of the golf course was beautiful. The renters were responsive and wonderful to work with. The location certainly met our needs. Don't hesitate to rent this home but be aware that you won't want to leave!

This property is beautifully decorated, clean and seems like ti is brand new. The location is perfect, close to shops, grocery, golf course in the backyard and swimming pool/recreation facility within walking distance in the gated community. The owners are warm, friendly and more than accommodating. We are looking forward to next spring break!
