The Cliff at Cupecoy Beach – Vacation Rental The BR has a slider to a large balcony that overlooks sandstone cliffs, the Caribbean Sea, and nearby islands. The great room includes a dining area with a table and seating for six. The family room portion of the great room includes a sofa, love seat, chair, and a 42-inch flat screen TV. A small office area located in a nook of the great room provides free internet access. The kitchen has granite counter tops and top-of-the-line Kitchen Aid stainless-steel full-size appliances and is fully outfitted with small appliances and cooking utensils. A separate laundry room within the unit contains a full-sized stackable washer and dryer. There is also a half-bath off of the entryway to the great room.

The second bedroom has a queen-sized bed and an adjoining bathroom with a tiled shower and separate Jacuzzi tub. The second bedroom has a separate balcony that looks out over the French and Dutch sides of the island and Anguilla, with a filtered view of Simpson Bay Lagoon. The Cliff is located across the street from the Atlantis Casino complex. In addition to the casino, the complex includes approximately seven restaurants (Temptation, Rare, La Gondola, etc.). The airport is a mere five minute drive from The Cliff. There is a beach at the base of the Caribbean-side of The Cliff depending on the water current. Mullet Bay beach and the main Cupecoy beach are approximately 2-3 minutes away by car. Mullet Bay beach is a ten-minute walk. French-side beaches are a short drive away. The Cliff has two pools. There is a large in-door lap pool and Jacuzzi, and a pool and Jacuzzi outside above the cliffs with incredible views of the Caribbean.

A separate men’s and women’s steam room and sauna are located adjacent to the lap pool. The complex also includes a large exercise room with exercise bikes, treadmills, steppers, weight machines, and free weights. A tennis court is located on the property. A full-service Christian Dior Spa is located on the ground floor. The Cliff is fully gated and has 24-hour manned security. In addition, numerous access points require a plastic swipe room key to gain entry. Ask about our Last-Minute Travel Specials!!

We celebrated Christmas in paradise and thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this condo. The views are breathtaking- the unit is right on the water and the spacious patio is perfect for having a cool cocktail while taking in the gorgeous sunset! The condo is very tastefully decorated, modern, and comfortable with all of the extras you need to enjoy your stay. The housekeeper was friendly and professional. The building itself is extremely clean, well-maintained, and very secure. We worked out every day in the fitness center and also used the pool, the steam rooms, and of course, the private beach. We highly recommend this condo, although we'd like to just keep it to ourselves as a secret home-away-from-home! We'll be back!

I stayed at unit # B-5 for a few days in December. The Cliff is only a year old and is in a great location. It's convenient to anything that you want to do on St Maarten. It's a gated building right on Cupecoy with 24 hour security and a concierge desk in the lobby. B-5 is on the 5th floor and just has terrific views. It has a very large balcony that overlooks the Caribbean, and you can also look down the shoreline toward Maho. I don't think that the view gets better than this. The unit has everything that you would need. It doesn't matter if you spend 3 days or 3 weeks, you can be totally comfortable there. I really liked it a lot and I would also recommend it to anyone looking for an upscale location to spend time.
