The Cliff at Cupecoy – Vacation Rental (Please note that we have a second condo at The Cliff that is available for rent in the event that our 5th floor condo is booked - please inquire regarding availability of our second condo at The Cliff).

This 5th floor unit is available for rent as a 2 BR/ 2.5 bath or a 1 BR/ 1.5 bath. The 1 BR configuration includes a king-sized bed in a large bedroom that has an adjoining bathroom with a tiled shower. The BR has a slider to a large balcony that overlooks sandstone cliffs, the Caribbean Sea, and nearby islands. The great room includes a dining area with a table and seating for six. The family room portion of the great room includes a sofa, loveseat, chair, and a 42-inch flat screen TV. A small office area located in a nook of the great room provides free internet access. The kitchen has granite countertops and top-of-the-line KitchenAid stainless-steel full-size appliances and is fully outfitted with small appliances and cooking utensils.

A separate laundry room within the unit contains a full-sized stackable washer and dryer. There is also a half-bath off of the entryway to the great room. If needed, the second bedroom has a queen-sized bed and an adjoining bathroom with a tiled shower and separate Jacuzzi tub. The second bedroom has a separate balcony that looks out over the French and Dutch sides of the island and Anguilla, with a filtered view of Simpson Bay Lagoon.

The Cliff is located across the street from the Atlantis Casino complex. In addition to the casino, the complex includes approximately seven restaurants (Temptation, Rare, La Gondola, etc.). The airport is a mere five minute drive from The Cliff. There is a beach at the base of the Caribbean-side of The Cliff depending on the water current. Mullet Bay beach and the main Cupecoy beach are approximately 2-3 minutes away by car. Mullet Bay beach is a ten-minute walk. French-side beaches are a short drive away.

The Cliff has two pools. There is a large in-door lap pool and Jacuzzi, and a pool and Jacuzzi outside above the cliffs with incredible views of the Caribbean. A separate men’s and women’s steam room and sauna are located adjacent to the lap pool. The complex also includes a large exercise room with exercise bikes, treadmills, steppers, weight machines, and free weights. A tennis court is located on the property. A full-service Christian Dior Spa is located on the ground floor.

The Cliff is fully gated and has 24-hour manned security. In addition, numerous access points require a plastic swipe room key to gain entry.

Lisa and I live in Tampa, Fl, however we spend as much time as possible in St. Maarten. We purchased condo B5 at The Cliff in 2007 pre-construction and the condo greatly exceeded our expectations. Because we love the island and The Cliff, we decided to purchase a second condo on the 4th floor of The Cliff in 2012. The 4th floor condo is available 100% of the time as a vacation home.

The Cliff is only a few minutes from the French-side border and it is walking distance across the street to the Atlantis complex, including a casino and numerous restaurants. The Cliff is also very convenient to the airport (five minutes) and Simpson Bay (15 minutes). With the many on-site amenities at The Cliff, a secluded beach directly in front of The Cliff, and only a short walk to fabulous Mullet Bay Beach, condo B5 at The Cliff is the perfect Caribbean vacation destination.

Lovely condo on the beach

My wife and I stayed at this lovely condo from 5/6-5/13/13. The condo had everything we needed with lovely views from the balcony overlooking its own private beach and pool. We rented a car at the airport and used it to visit other beaches and towns which we would recommend. The owners Paul/Lisa were very friendly and helpfull and answered any questions. The pictures were accurate and the condo was clean and well maintained. We would highly recommend staying here.TB

Loved the condo and the island.

My husband and I stayed in this 5th floor condo at the Cliff with some dear friends to celebrate our birthdays. The facility was wonderful, the beach was in our opinion the best one around. The condo was beautiful and comfortable and had all that we needed to prepare meals for ourselves rather than eating out every meal. The condo was about half a mile from the Porto Cupecoy where the market was as well as a beautiful plaza and several restaurants. The weather was wonderful even though we went after high season. We rented a car from a company recommended by the owner and had a blast driving all around the island. I would highly suggest that anyone looking for a reasonably priced caribbean vacation consider staying in this condo at the Cliffs at Cupecoy Beach in St. Martin.

Beautiful Condo - Great Location - Super Owners

This was our first trip to St Maarten and we didn't know what to expect. The condo is immaculate, well stocked and furnished, and in a great location with tremendous views of the Caribbean. The pictures are accurate and the you really have a feeling of 'coming home' when you return at the end of the day. Paul and Lisa are great to deal with - respond promptly to all emails and gave us some great tips on things to do on the island. We will always treasure the sunsets on the balcony with our bottle of wine. A couple of suggestions from our end - rent a car to really get around and experience the island and bring some 'cash' since many of the smaller businesses don't take credit cards, plus on the French side some businesses will give you an even up exchange on currency with cash purchases. All in all, we would definitely recommend this unit and a trip to St Maarten.

The condo was phenomenal! It had all of the furnishings that a family of four would need for a weeks vacation. The washer/dryer was a definite plus. The view of the caribbean was unbelievable! All of the amenities (pool, gym, tennis, steam room, sauna, etc.) were great. The beach was also phenomenal. I really don't have any complaints...it was simply a wonderful vacation. Paul and Lisa were also great to work with, answer questions and offer recommendations. I highly recommend!

My wife and I are SXM regulars who did not plan to visit this year. A friend was on island staying in a unit at The Cliff and invited us to join him which we did on very short notice. We needed three days for the remainder of our visit after our friend left, and wanted to stay in the same complex. We connected with this unit and owners through VRBO (which we have used before).
We knew that this property is a first class, well maintained property. This unit was clean, well furnished and maintained, and the owner was helpful and answered one or two questions for us. I would recommend this unit to friends and relatives, if it is available at the right price.
In our opinion, this complex is one of the nicest on the Dutch side.
