Check in/out information and Security Deposit: Check in time is 3:00 pm & check out time is 11:00 am. Early check in/late check out is often available so please ask first. Security deposit: All reservations will require a fully refundable $500.00 security deposit for any potential damages due at the time of check-in. This deposit will be returned by personal check and mailed within 7 days of the check-out date. Additional security might be requested at the discretion of the owners based on any number of factors including, but not limited to, the number of guests, age of guests, and pets.

Cleaning deposit: Cleaning deposit: All reservations will require a minimum cleaning deposit of $300.00, which must be received by the time of check-in at the absolute latest. The cleaning deposit will be returned by personal check within 7 days of the check-out date. All guests are expected to leave the house and grounds in reasonably 'clean' condition specifically meaning: Clean any stains or spills, clean and put away any dishes used during your stay, all garbage and recycling to be bagged and put outside, if using the outdoor grill please clean after use. Guests are not expected to: wash any towels or linens, do any vacuuming or mopping (unless cleaning a specific stain or spill). Any deposit withheld for not meeting the above requirements will be in an amount as determined expressly by the Owners.

Cancellation policy: Cancellations made 30 days or less in advance of the scheduled arrival date will receive a reservation certificate. This certificate is good for 1 year from the scheduled arrival date. We will not assume responsibility for road conditions to and from The Lodge during inclement weather. We do not refund due to road conditions.

The BEST HOUSE that you could rent for a getaway

The experience with this house is so amazing that I do not even know where to start off.1)Marc or his assistant will provide an incredible amount of first-class service!2)Once you go up the driveway, you enter this magical world of evergreen forest of coniferous trees!Feels and smells amazing!3)The house is on the top of the hill, I personally felt like a king=]4)The house is huge!!!!Looks amazing!5)Once you enter the house you feel the great service and care of the owner...fresh flowers everywhere!Firewood ready for a cozy evening!Jacuzzi is heated up!The house has heated floors! My dog enjoyed laying on the floor as well as I did=]]] The house smells like wood...very pleasant. Appliances...forget about it...top notch!The steamroom and jacuzzi felt so good after skiing at ELK Mountain ski resort(20 mins).BTW ELK mountain has no people at all!!!Amazing slopes, amazing grooming!!!I would say the best mountain out of the closest to NYC.
House has an insane design.Even has a fireplace outside!Huge flatscreen TV with a very BIG library of movies.If you are a reader,there is also a big library of books!Very nice pool table!I could go on forever describing how good this house is!It sets an amazing mood! Look if my dog was really upset about leaving the house,imagine how my parents and my friends felt=/
This is the house that you would want to come back to more than once!!!!
