Thank you for viewing this posting for our Hilton Head Island townhouse villa. We are renting directly ourselves and passing on commission savings to our guests. The townhouse has 2 bedrooms and 2 1/2 baths, is fully furnished with living and dining room areas, kitchen (microwave, toaster, ice-maker etc), comfortable bedrooms each with a full bath (master bedroom has king-sized bed, second bedroom has two double beds), washer and dryer, telephone, deck, and free tennis and pool on the premises. Our Inland Harbour villa is in Sea Pines Plantation Resort, convenient to Harbour Town and the Sea Pines Center. Located on the Sea Marsh golf course, there is a beautiful view of the 12th tee and fairway from the deck, and a full view of the tennis courts out front. Your rental includes a Sea Pines Resort car pass.

Sea Pines has exquisite homes and lush vegetation throughout its 5,000 acres, plus outstanding golf, boat rentals, skiing, sightseeing boat excursions, Forest Preserve, the best beaches on the Island, stores including many specialty boutiques, famous Harbour Town with restaurants, shops, yacht basin, family entertainment, and much more. Our townhouse villa is professionally cleaned between the weekly rentals. In order for the cleaning service to perform their work, we ask that checkout each Saturday be by 10:00 AM so the villa can be ready by 3 or 4:00 for the next guest rental. Before your vacation we will mail you driving directions and keys. There is no need to 'check in' other than obtaining the Sea Pines car pass. In case there is a lost key or something that needs attention, we have local management there to serve you during your stay.

There is some variance in rates by season. We recommend that you reserve your vacation time soon, as others are doing the same -- rentals, of course, are on a first come basis. Thank you.
