|Minimum Stay||2 nights|
Welcome to our Guests! (from two nights to one month).
This cozy 25m2 studio-apartment can accommodate from two to four people, on a business or holiday trip to PARIS. Situated on the 2nd floor, no lift.
Conveniently located, close to 'Le Palais Royal', 'the Louvre Museum', and 'the Opera', it stands in the very heart of the Paris of Culture (museums, theatres, cinemas), of the Paris of Fashion (shops, boutiques, major department-stores), and the Paris of Business, a few minutes' walk to the gardens of Palais-Royal and Tuileries.
An XVIIIth century building, with exposed beams.
The apartment is fully equipped for the comfort of our guests.
I live in this neighborhood in the heart of Paris since 1992, and since then I always wanted to stay, despite the constraints of my job. Every morning when I walk along the 'Comédie Française' and its fountains, the 'Palais Royal' and its garden, I see the Louvre at the end of the street, I still have the eyes of a visitor who discovers this beautiful city for the first time.
Laurent purchased this studio in 2008
There's a bakery Rue Molière, less than 40 meters from the apartement, and another one, 100 meters from there, Rue de Richelieu. They are both opened 6 days a week from 7am.
There's a supermaket (called 'Monoprix') with all the food you need avenue de l'Opéra, next to Pyramide Metro Station, 200 meters from the apartement. It is opened until 10pm.
You can find a lot of restaurants Place du Marché Saint-Honoré (french restaurants), Rue des Petits Champs, Rue de Richelieu (a very good wine bar and restaurant), Rue Sainte-Anne .(japanese restaurant).. all these places are in the neighborhood.
If you like beef, I know a very good butcher, 'Rue du Marché Saint Honoré'.
Several times a week, there's a typical french open market, with a lot of fresh food, 15 minutes walk from there.
I also personnaly like 'Rue Montorgueil' which looks like a village ... in the center of Paris.
A beautiful studio apartment in a wonderful location at a great rate from wonderful owners. If that’s not enough.... Your one block from the metro, across the street is bakery, a quite street yet close to everything. The WC - bath area is roomy and immaculate. The kitchenette is beautifully appointed with all you will need. The most wonderful wash machine will deliver you clothes ready for a night out at the many close by restaurants or for a day at the Louvre about 3 blocks away, or shopping on Rue Saint Honore about 2 blocks away. Shop at the near by market and vin shop, fill the refrigerator and never go out if that’s what you desire. The internet, TV and wonderfully comfortable furniture will make this a second home for you.
We spent 5 nights and this was the perfect set up for us. Walking distance to major sights as well as easy access to the Metro and grocery store. The apartment had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. With the windows open in the evening you could hear people enjoying their meals in the restaurants, but this is part of being in the city. With the windows closed it was peace and quiet. There seems to be some renovations going on upstairs from the apartment so there was noise beginning at 8:00am, and paint fumes could be smelt with the window open. This didn't affect us too much as we were usually up and ready to start our days exploring Paris. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend this apartment!
My daughter and I stayed for 10 days. We did a lot of sightseeing and were happy to come back exhausted at the end of each day to the comfortable and very clean flat. The studio is within walking distance of everything: tourist office, boulangeries, grocery stores. We tried several Japanese & Korean restaurants in the neighbourhood. Laurent was very helpful when he met us on arrival. He was just a phone call away when we had questions. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay! We will come back! And I will definitely recommend this property to friends and family.
We could have found a better location to stay for our first visit to Paris.
It was our oasis after exhausting ourself seeing the sights of Paris, most in walking distance from this flat.
The word "Deal" and "Paris" seem mutually exclusive, yet that is exactly what this flat is. It's a deal.
If I were you, I'd book this flat NOW, before Laurent realizes how much more he could money he could get :)
The property is well situated to explore the best that Paris offers. It is close to public transportation to and from the airport and anywhere else you'd likely want to get to. The studio apartment is well equipped for cooking. Laurent is an exceptional host who meets and provides you with the information needed to begin a Paris visit. There are two grocery stores close by and a bakery across the street. We loved the five minute walk to the Louvre and 10 minutes to the left bank. We were able to walk most places we wanted to see from this location.
My husband and I stayed in the apartment for 5 days and 4 nights... one day, we didn't leave the apartment (we had been in Europe for 2.5 weeks and needed some down time). First and foremost, the location is perfect. It's centrally located and we were able to walk everywhere from the Eiffel Tower to Notre Dame and everything in between. If you don't feel comfortable walking, there are two convenient Metro stops close by. Additionally, there were plenty of small (by US standards) grocery and bakeries in the area. Secondly, the apartment is fully stocked for living. My husband and I took full advantage of the kitchen. We cooked dinner and lunch daily. The apartment had all the pots, pans, and cooking utensils you could need. The stove, microwave, and dishwasher work perfectly. And the refrigerator allowed us to store perishable. The kitchen was fully equip to cook anything we wanted. We also took advantage of the washer and dryer, which was easy to use and much appreciated. The apartment also has a drying rack for your delicates. The bathroom was superb! It has a full bathtub, which was nice after a long day of walking in the rain (oh, the apartment has umbrellas in case you forget yours!). I was also thankful for the hair dyer since I never pack mine. Finally, the bed was very comfy and warm. We spent our nights looking at the provided guidebooks and deciding what we were going to do the next day. Overall and most importantly, the apartment was extremely clean and better than described online. We are already planning our next trip. Thank you Laurent for your hospitality! We will be back.. soon!
I am coming to Paris with my wife for many years and changed a lot of hotels. Now we decided for an apartment and we found Studio Moliere and stayed there for 3 nights. What a gem !!! First of all - the location. It cannot be better - the walking distance to the airport Roissybus and all main sights, with many restaurants, cafes, shops, Grand Magasins on Boulevard Haussmann (already with amazing Christmas decoration) nearby and three metro lines around the corner. The apartment itself - very quite, clean, cozy, decorated with many nice details, comfortable (studios have usually only convertible sofa - but here the perfect king-size bed, we never slept so good outside of our home), well equipped kitchen with dishes and all utensils for short and long stays. The owner Laurent is a great host. Thank you very much, Laurent, you made your apartment that we had the feeling to be here like at home. We come again.
A quiet street, 200 metres from tube-stations (Palais-Royal, Louvre Museum, and Pyramides) metro lines 1, 7 and 14.
Many shops and restaurants in the vicinity.
Easy access from CDG airport with Roissy Bus.
