This luxury 2500 square foot Villa is fully and newly furnished, built in 2004, has many custom features and upgrades (see Virtual Tour). The entry level is into the living room with a large gas log fireplace, wall fountain, dining room with a large, square custom aspen dining table that seats 8-10 and gourmet kitchen. Log features accent the unique Colorado Mountain interior design. A large master suite upstairs has two closets, a king bed, gas log fireplace, private covered deck, large master bath, travertine throughout, with oversize jetted tub, large shower and double vanity. A master suite downstairs has a master bath identical to the upstairs master suite. Two additional bedrooms downstairs have a custom log queen bed, bunk bed with double lower bed, bathroom (ideal for youth) and laundry room with washer/dryer. Incredible views from every room. The Villa is on a quiet hillside adjacent to the Resort base area. A five minute walk to the ski base and oversize ski locker.

The front and back yards of our Villa explode with wildflowers in the summer. Crested Butte is the Wildflower Capital of Colorado with thousands of acres of wildflowers reaching shoulder height. Mountain biking and hiking trails weave through hillsides blanketed with Lupin, Columbine, Daisies and many other incredible species. The Wildflower, Art and Music Festivals are among the summer highlites which also include endless fly fishing, photography, mountain climbing venues. Our Villa is perfectly located for every summer activity without ever having to drive. Bikes and free bus service are the preferred modes of transportation to anywhere you want to go.

It will truly take your breath away.Crested Butte is steeped in history. This unique and carefully restored mining town has charm and character found nowwhere else. Many fiction and non-fiction books have been wrapped around the mining and cultural history surrounding Crested Butte.

Summer Activities: Mountain Biking has its roots in CB and the Museum bearing its name is rich in the history and evolution of this popular sport. Specialty shops, art galleries and restaurants are plentiful and all are locally owned and operated. THERE ARE NO FRANCHISED OR CHAIN RETAIL ESTABLISHMENTS IN CB. Hiking, fly fishing, mountain climbing, camping, hang gliding, road biking, off-road 4x4 excursions, ATV exploration, hunting elk and deer are among the great summer activities in addition to the Wildflower, Art, Music, Mushroom and other festivals beginning in July and extending into September. Let me first say that the pictures do not even do justice to the property. This is a lovely home and has been meticulously maintained by the owners. The home is well stocked with most anything you could possibly need from the kitchen to the laundry.The layout was perfect. Master on the top floor with a balcony, living areas on the main floor ( a balcony is just off the dining room) and three bedrooms on the lower floor and have windows with beautiful views.The house is located on a cul-de-sac and it was very quiet. The view from the home is simply gorgeous. You look out onto Mt. Crested Butte and the valley. We all enjoyed having our coffee on the balconies in the morning with that view. We had 7 adults and 3 children in our party and it worked out perfectly. The owners went out of their way to make sure our stay was wonderful. They provided us with information not only about the home but the area which was very helpful a timesaver. They really seemed to anticipate the needs of their guests which was deeply appreciated. I must say on a personal note what lovely people they are and I appreciate them sharing their home with our family.
If we return to Crested Butte I would definitely love to stay here again. I highly recommend this property. I would not hesitate recommending this property to friends and acquaintances of mine. I hope if you are considering visiting Crested Butte, please consider this property. I think you will be pleasantly surprised what a gem it is.
