New improvements include a completely new kitchen with granite counter tops and stainless appliances, new bathrooms with new Restoration Hardware vanities and fixtures, new furniture throughout, 3 new LCD TVs and a bluray player with access to Netflix view now rentals, new hardwood floors throughout, and wainscotting and paint throughout to make beach living truly luxurious. Winter 2009 updates include new doors and new decks. The property is located on the family friendly south end of the island where you are a quick walk to the beach at 4408 Asbury Ave. Grocery store, playground and restaurants are also nearby for your convenience. Great house.

I recently met with family from all over the US in Ocean City. We stayed in this home and loved it. The house was beautiful and comfortable. There were ammenities for all ages from a high chair to bicycles to cards. We used them all. The beach was a close walk even carrying gear. Any questions that we had were promptly answered with a phone call and a pleasant response.
