General Information:
The white picket fence surrounds our roomy brick patio with built in gas BBQ and a table and umbrella.Our two car garage has a washer and dryer. Latest electronics include:a 40 inch HD TV, a DVD player, built in surround sound system with an I-pod dock. Wi-Fi and broadband are throughout the house. This is not a party house. Because we value our neighbors and our home, police will be called and renters fined if there are any noise infractions. Mission Beach is a smoke and alcohol free beach. We cherish families. We honor that.
The First Floor:
Our first floor features a sofa bed and a large comfy arm chair, a TV/DVD/CD player, a wet bar, a drop leaf table with 4 chairs, a beautiful bathroom with a beach stone shower floor and a pocket door that separates this room from the stairs and hallway. This room can be separated from the rest of the house as there is a side door to use as an entry door.
The Second and Third Floors:
The lovely second floor houses the large living area with the fireplace, 40' TV, ocean view, leather sofa bed, easy chair, 72' dining table, stainless steel Kitchen Aid appliances, lovely bathroom with designer shower, double vanity. On this floor, there is also the bedroom with a king sized bed and bunk beds. Plantation shutters make this a great sleeping room.
The third floor has a cloud's eye view of the ocean out of the skylights and the balcony. There is a queen sized bed and a desk. The bathroom has a blue glass floor in the shower, double vanities and a balcony on the back with a hammock built for two.
