This is a new mountain home in Waterville Estates with great views. Open floor area with large windows. Large wrap around deck. 15 minutes to Waterville Valley, 30 minutes to Loon and Cannon, 10 Minutes to Owl's Nest Golf, hiking, and Nordic skiing. Access to indoor pools, hot tub, exercise room, and tennis. House has gas fireplace, jacuzzi tub, internet access, DVD player and big screen HD TV.

Area Activities: Waterville Valley Ski area is about 10 minutes away and has downhill and cross country skiing. You will also find the town center with shops and restaurants. Loon Mountain is 30 minutes away and has great skiing. Lincoln and Woodstock both have lots of shopping and restaurants. The Owl's Nest Golf course is in Campton and is a premier course. There is also Waterville Valley Golf course , the Jack-O-Lantern Golf course, and the White Mountain golf course nearby. There are hiking trails, great fishing in many of the nearby rivers, swimming and bike paths throughout the White Mountains. Kayaking and guided river tours are available in Campton. There is a great water park in Woodstock about 30 minutes away. Storyland and Santa's Village are both less than an hour away. Fall foliage is spectacular in October. A note to any fly fisherman: I have fished many of the local rivers and I am willing to reveal some of my best hotspots!
