Situated in the heart of the town, you will be able to walk in a few minutes to the Champ de Mars, the Eiffel Tower, The Hotel des Invalides and the banks of the river Seine.This pedestrian paved street, its outdoor cafés, restaurants and countless typical french shops (bakery, wine, cheese...) will give you a real taste of the Parisian lifestyle. This 35 m² flat has been fully refurbished and is located at the 3rd floor of an 18th Century building, full of history, in the small Valadon street (less than 30 metres from Rue Cler). Very well situated, tastefully decorated, able to accommodate up to 4 people, the ' Résidence Valadon ', awaits your visits and guarantees you a comfortable and quiet stay within all the modern conveniences. For the budget travelers or family with one or two children, the sofa will transform into a real and very comfortable double bed with real slated bed-base, not the usual folding and squeaky one.

Very well situated, tastefully decorated, able to accommodate up to 4 people, the ' residence Valladon ', awaits your visits and guarantees you a comfortable and quiet stay within all the modern conveniences.

Our family of four stayed at the apartment for 4 nights in August 2009. It met all our expectations. The location is great, on a quiet street a block away from pedestrian Rue Cler with it's many cafes and bakeries and even a new supermarket. It's a two minute walk to the metro and about 10 minute walk to the Eiffel Tower. Apartment is nicely furnished, beds are comfortable, including spring matrass sleeper sofa, bathroom and kitchen newly remodeled. Free calls to the US were very nice. Host Quentin was very good about responding to our questions via email. It was a great stay and we would highly recommend this apartment!
