This spacious Snowside Condo at the base of Mount Ellen at Sugarbush has been recently updated with new kitchen, baths, hardwood floors and will comfortably sleep 6. It's located a short walk to the base of Sugarbush's Mount Ellen. 3 miles to Mad River Glen. Killington and Stowe are 1 hour away. Easy access to nordic skiing at Blueberry Lake and Olies. Snowshoeing/hiking along Catamount and Millbrook trails. Seasonal tennis and swimming at Snowside Condos. Fully equipped kitchen. Great for family getaways, it has a fireplace, a barbecue grill on the deck, flat screen TV, DVD, TV, XBox, CD player and an ipod stereo system. Washer/Dryer in common area. Non smoking home. Sorry no pets allowed. Condo is available for the 2009 / 2010 Ski Season. Seasonal Rental $8,500 plus utilities.

    One half total due at booking, balance due three weeks prior to check-in.
    Cancellations within three weeks of arrival date will receive 50% plus Security Deposit.
    Cancellations/no-shows within 72 hours of check-in will forfeit 100% of rental fee.
    Security Deposit will be returned.
    Towels and bed linens provided. Soaps, shampoo and personal toiletries are not.
