The villa is one of the few beach front villas at Palmas del Mar Resort. It is located in a private complex called Beach Village whose main attraction is the beach. Not only can you see it from the comfort of your villa, but you can also walk around as you discover places of interest such as restaurants, golf courses, casino, marina, equestrian center, the largest tennis complex in the Caribbean, and a private complex pool. You can also enjoy the beautiful sunrises from anywhere in the villa, including the bedroom. Typically, the environment around the villa is very peaceful and quiet. It is the perfect place for a romantic escape!

Palmas del Mar is 2,750 acres of tropical resort on the southeast Caribbean coast of Puerto Rico. It offers 3.5 miles of beautiful beaches, two 18-hole golf courses, the largest tennis center in the Caribbean with 20 courts, a marina with a wide array of water sports, casino and varied restaurants. It is located near the fabulous tropical forest 'El Yunque', Vieques Island (by boat) and Plaza las Americas which is the largest shopping center in the Caribbean (40 minutes drive).

At Night: At night, you may want to sit outside in front of the ocean while feeling the wind and listening to the sound of the waves as you enjoy a glass of wine or champagne. Discover the exquisite restaurants inside Palmas del Mar. You may also want to try your luck at the casino located in the Four Seasons Hotel (walking distance).

Golf: Palmas del Mar has two 18 hole course.

Great place to stay!!

My wife and I have stayed in about 12 different places in Puerto Rico and this is one of our favorites. The villa is fantastic. It is well maintained, very comfortable, and right at the beach. The photos in the description are exactly how things look!

We stayed 4 days in Oct, 2009. The weather was perfect. It rained some at night, but not at all during the day. The beach was great and very private. The waves were constant and a lot of fun.

We rented a car and it is very close to a lot of shopping, dining, and other points of attraction. I highly recommend this villa.

Relax ! Paradise In Puerto Rico !!!!!!!!!

What you see is what you get ! A beautifully decorated ocean view villa with with all the amenities and spectacular views ! We enjoyed it so much ! Our six year old loved the pool the small lizards and the coquis. Sitting in Palmanova Plaza enjoying a cold beverage and having lunch outside was great. My wife loves Palmas del Mar. We can't wait to go back !

Beautiful & Romantic Destination

We recently returned from our wonderful vacation at Palmas del Mar. We stayed at the villa for 5 magnificient days. The villa is absolutely beautiful, clean and comfortable.The ocean view from the livingroom, bedroom and balcony is spectacular. You wake up and go to the sleep with the amazing sounds of the waves crashing near the balcony. There is nothing you will need that Ana does not have available for you and she is so easily accessible to help and answer your questions.

Palmas del Mar, the community, has a variety of options available to accomodate everyone's needs. You do not need to leave the comminuty unless you would like to experience what Puerto Rico has to offer. I would recommend this vacation destination for anyone looking for a romantic/relaxing vacation.

My family and I stayed at this condo in July 2009 for 11 days! I can't say enough about it. The owner is an absolute pleasure to deal with! The unit is so comfortable, modern and clean. The view from the balcony, living room and bedroom is great. The ocean is wonderful, shallow, and long, with waves, great for bodysurfing! Palmas Del Mar is a gorgeous resort, and lots to do for families! I would highly recommend this condo and this resort! In fact, I still dream about that beach. Thank you Ana!

This villa with its proximity to the beach is a jewel.
The owners have thought of every detail to make your stay a home away from home. We had a car and made some day trips but we were always happy just hanging out in Palmas del Mar.

We are coming back next year.
