Snuggle up to the fireplace and watch the snow fall from the towering wall of windows, and listen to the waterfall right outside your door. You will enjoy grilling out on our large deck with stunning views of the San Juan Mountains. Well appointed finishes with wood floors, colorful slate tile, granite counter tops, and alder cabinetry. This townhome has been professionally decorated and features 2 living rooms with 50' Tv's. Lower great room has a fireplace and dining room table. Upstairs living room has a game table and bar area. Every bedroom is a suite with it's own private deck and bathroom. Master bedroom has another fireplace to cozy up to on those cold winter nights. TV's in every room, washer/dryer, free wifi, dvd library, and games provided. 2 car garage with an additional two parking spaces in the driveway. As a guest of The Alpenglow Ski In/Out Townhome you will have access to spa/pool area of the brand new day lodge that opened this year.

October is particularly beautiful with Aspens turning the 'Million Dollar Mile' and surrounding mountainsides into a canvas of brilliant gold. Guest of Alpenglow also enjoy access to the pool, hot tubs, and exercise facilities located at the new lodge. Historic Downtown Durango is a short 25 minute drive from the slopes, where you will find plenty of fine dining, shopping in quaint boutiques, fly fishing in the Animas River, white water rafting, miles of biking and hiking trails, hunting in the surrounding mountains, and golfing at Hillcrest Golf Course. While in Durango don't miss riding the historic Durango & Silverton Narrow Gauge Railroad, the summer rodeo and motorcycle rally, or visiting the intriguing Anasazi Indian Ruins less than an hour away.This is the ideal vacation home If you are looking for that private vacation retreat with fabulous views and direct access to the slopes.

We stayed at this lovely condo for the MLK weekend. It was so convenient having the slopes right out our door. We loved the accommodations, furnishings, and views. We appreciated that the codo was fully equipped with everything we needed for a great vacation.

We took advantage of the private Club area. Kids enjoyed the pool and the adults enjoyed the cozy bar area.

Our trip to Purgatory!

WOW! The condo was amazing!!! The chic, rustic decor was gorgeous! The master bedroom was amazing with a HUGE bathroom, jacuzzi tub and shower. The guest bedrooms were large and had their own bathrooms with shower/tubs. The living room was spacious with a huge flatscreen TV, and we also enjoyed the cozy game area upstairs! The fully-equipped kitchen was great! We used it to make breakfast and came back to the condo for sandwiches after a few hours on the slops. DEFINITELY convenient to the slops!! Just a few steps outside and you're on the chair lift! The patio w/table/grill had amazing mountain views! The garage came in handy to store our boots/skis/cars. We would definitely stay again!!

Beautiful ski in/ski out condo in Durango!

This condo was the perfect setting for a fantastic weekend in Durango! Bright, beautiful kitchen/great room for gathering at mealtimes and after a fun day on the slopes AND terrific mountain views. Loved the mountain decor throughout. There was plenty of room for our big group, and the beds were so comfortable! We were on the slopes in minutes since this condo is so close to lift. We really enjoyed having access to the private club/bar at the base -- big screen TVs, pool table, -- great food and even a wine tasting! We will be back next year!!!
