Beautiful gated garden-style community. The apartment includes custom-made furnishings plus all housewares. Strategically located at the heart of Kendall close to major highways, hospitals, shopping malls, and restaurants. The three bedroom has 2 bathrooms. It has a Queen size bed in the master bedroom and two Twins in the second and third bedroom. The apartment has a living and a dining room. The dining room is based on 6 people and includes all dinnerware, glassware and silverware. The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen with all pots, pans, Tupperware and cooking utensils. All small and large appliances are included as well. You also have a full size washer and dryer inside the apartment. All utilities are included. On the property we have a Swimming pool, Jacuzzi, Fitness Room and Business Center. Coffee and snacks are served in our lobby which is open seven days per week. Please inquire about our daily, weekly and monthly rentals.
