2nd floor condo of 1305 Asbury Avenue between 13th and 14th Street facing west. 3 blocks to beach, 1 car garage parking, a fireplace, a large 2nd floor 5x22 foot porch and a deck. 2nd bedroom has a bunker bed, 3rd bedroom has a full size bed and a ceiling fan. Living room has queen sofa bed & 1st bedroom has a queen size bed, a TV and a ceiling fan. Full kitchen, coffee maker, microwave, washer & dryer. 2 TV sets & dvd player, window- unit air conditioners, iron & ironing board, wall mount blow dryer in bathroom, beach tags. The building has an attractive outlook, a memory of historic ocean city, newly renovated with brand new appliances in kitchen. Linens are not provided, but can be rented at extra cost of $50 Sit in the large porch and relax! Or BBQ! Free wireless internet.

12 miles to Atlantic City : 70 minutes from Philadelphia, 40 minutes from Cape May and 25 minutes from the casinos and excitement of Atlantic City.

Variety of Cuisine and Shopping: Tenants must provide their own bed linens (one queen bed, one double bed, three twin beds) and towels. 4 beach tags will be provided, but must be returned prior to departure for use by next tenants. Rentals are Saturday to Saturday, check-in 2:00 p.m. and check-out 11:00 a.m. Sorry no pets and no smoking allowed. We rent to families only, no senior week or prom group rentals.
