p Beautiful gated garden-style community. The apartment includes custom-made furnishings plus all housewares. Strategically located at the heart of Kendall close to major highways, hospitals, shopping malls, and restaurants. /p p The three bedroom has 2 bathrooms. It has a Queen size bed in the master bedroom and two Twins in the second and third bedroom. The apartment has a living and a dining room. The dining room is based on 6 people and includes all dinnerware, glassware and silverware. The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen with all pots, pans, Tupperware and cooking utensils. All small and large appliances are included as well. You also have a full size washer and dryer inside the apartment. All utilities are included. /p p On the property we have a Swimming pool, Jacuzzi, Fitness Room and Business Center. Coffee and snacks are served in our lobby which is open seven days per week. /p p Please inquire about our daily, weekly and monthly rentals. /p
