Condo, 2 Bedrooms, 2 Baths, (Sleeps 4-6)

Unit 706 Ocean Reef is just waiting on you! Come and stay in this beautiful 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo. This unit was professionally furnished with tropical, upscale furnishings and linens.

This unit is on the 7th floor with a fantastic direct Gulf front view. The living Room has an entertainment center with a LCD 37' flat screen TV with a built in DVD player. There is a queen sofa sleeper in the living room. The unit is wired for high speed Comcast WiFi. Our location on Front Beach Road is very convenient. We are about a mile from Pier Parking with lots of great shopping and restaurants. We have great recreational places close by.

The master bedroom has a direct Gulf view with a king sized bed with a pillow top mattress. There is a wall mounted LCD 37' Flat screen TV with built in DVD. Our doors open onto the balcony from both the living space and the master bedroom. The 2nd Bedroom has a queen sized bed with a pillow top mattress. There is a wall mounted LCD 32' Flat screen TV with a built in DVD. Our kitchen is well supplied with everything you need to enjoy your beach vacation.

Our complex has an indoor heated pool, sauna, steam room, fitness room, and a 80 foot outside pool with hot tub. There are two gas grills located near the pool. The complex only has a 161 units. We have a great location on Front Beach Road and are convenient to Pier Park. We have one reserved parking space in the garage. Come and create great memories while enjoying beautiful Panama City Beach!

This unit is NON SMOKING AND NO PETS. You must be 25 years old to rent.

This condo was amazing! Our daughter,8, loved the TV in her own room...(she had the "most comfortable bed"). The condo was everything we could have hoped for! It was very clean and comfortable! We would recommend renting this condo to anyone, it really was a great time! Judy was also very nice and easy to work with, we appreciate everything! THANK YOU!!

Our families first trip to Panama City Beach was this past week. I couldn't have asked for a better condo. The layout was perfect for us and our 2 kids, the balcony is incredibly spacious and the entire complex very nicely kept. Easy access to the beach and surrounding shops/restaurants. We would definitely rent this place again!

Our little oasis

My husband and I recently revisited out "little oasis" for the second year in a row and had such a wonderful, relaxing time! The minute you walk in the door you instantly feel relaxed and just want to sit on the spacious balcony and drink in the scenery- we were greeted by beautiful green/blue water with schools of dolphins swimming right in front of us! The condo has everything you could need- in fact we never went out to dinner because it was more enjoyable to cook there and eat on the balcony! The master bedroom is a treat- well decorated and a comfortable bed- the best part is being lulled to sleep by the waves! We used the pool & hottub often and took many long walks on the white sand beaches! It's nice and quiet so we read all day and sometimes just walked down the beach for happy hour at one of the close by restaurants! We hope to return to this exact spot annually as we very much look forward to our escape!
