Spacious 2635 sq ft home, 7 years old w/ 4 bedrooms, 3 bathroom completely re-furnished & professionally redecorated in 2008. Huge back yard w/ private heated pool & grass. All bedrooms have new mattresses (1 king, 2 queen, 2 twins & a pull out sofa). Over-sized master bedroom has patio doors to upstairs balcony, separate shower & double sinks. Overhead fans in every room. 2 new 40inch LCD TVs plus outdoor speakers, two fireplaces, full size billiards table, 2 mountain bikes, exercise room, monitored house alarm, huge gas BBQ, 2 patio sets. Lg kitchen has granite counter tops, filtered drinking water, gas range, all new small appliances. Front loading washer dryer, digital cable, local phone, free Internet, 2 air conditioner & furnaces, includes all towels, bedding, linens & dishes. 25 minutes from the airport. Walking distance to shopping, golf, department & grocery store. Close to NFL stadium, NHL arena, NASCAR raceway, spring training for baseball, mountains for biking & hiking

Extra bedding and linens are also included. Also a separate exercise area with new tread mill and elliptic trainer.

Don't waste time traveling, location is everything, we are 25 minutes from the airport and down town Phoenix. Only 2 miles from I10 interstate. Numerous great golf courses within 10 minute drive, including walking distance to the WigWam resort and spa, YMCA, house of worship and . White Tank mountain range is also within view and great for outside activities.

Sorry NO pets and NO smoking indoors

This was the best vacation I've ever been on!!!

The house was stunning, I loved all the space.... we had several people staying and we never once felt like we were tripping over each other.

There is so much to do, the guys loved the golfing and major sporting facilities so close, and the women loved the shopping from outlet malls, to flee markets, to huge malls. there were tons of parks for biking and hiking! and tons of art.. theater and shows! This was the best location we could have picked of the whole Phoenix area.

We really enjoyed the large backyard with pool, we spent many hours bbq ing and relaxing in the loung chairs!

I've already planned to go back!

More than expected, beautiful place

This rental house was the nicest place we have ever stayed at, the detail in decorating was second to none. All the little extras in the house made it special. Every single item and furniture was brand new, very tasteful. Nothing was missing and every thing worked great. Small problems can easily ruin a vacation, but every thing was perfect and we are planning to stay there again next Nov. This house was better than we expected and pictures didn’t do this house justice. Quiet and safe neighborhood allowed us to go for evening walks. No confusion or problems getting information or booking with the owners, promote service and response.

Fabulous Time

Our stay at this home was pefect. The home was much more grand than expected. The furnishing detail is well done with everything we thought to use easily in reach. I want one of those BBQ's for home now! All the beds were great and in our group we were lucky enough to have the master suite. With the two family rooms plus several outdoor areas there was lots of room to get your own space when required. All the pro sport facilities were very close and the golf choices were numerous. We will be back there next year.
