This newly constructed condo has all the built in amenities of the home you know so well while still bringing a modern feel to the atmosphere. The condo comes equipped with a full kitchen, three nicely sized bedrooms plus a loft, and 3.5 bathrooms, two of which is attached to the master bedrooms. The living room, dining room and kitchen all open up into each other, giving the condo a wide-open feeling that allows the scenery outside to meld into the woodwork of this beautiful vacation condo. The condo also comes with a balcony, and usage of an in-ground pool. The town of Grand Haven is only 5 miles away from your vacation home, and is jam packed full of the finest restaurants and specialty shops Michigan has to offer. Other attractions include the many beautiful, sandy beaches, sunset walks on the pier, and the Singing Fountain, which plays during summer months.

We had a wonderful time in Grand Haven. Elaine's place is lovely and beautifully decorated. The weather really cooperated and the beach was beautiful. The next time we go, we'll have to rent a boat to enjoy the lake as well. We wished our unit had a washer and dryer, but other than that, it was just perfect. Thanks for making our family vacation so restful and enjoyable.

Our group of girls had an amazing time at this location. We used the condo for our church's woman's retreat and we were truly blessed. The condo was absolutely beautiful and serene. We really felt at home. Elaine (the owner) was amazing. She anticipated all our needs and things that we needed, she went out and purchased it. She was always there when we needed her assistance. Everything we needed or could have asked for was complete at this condo. We hope to rent again from Elaine!!! Thank you for your great hospitality! God Bless!!!

Wow is this place great. It is close to everything (Beach, Grand Haven, State Parks) and it on the water AND Bike trail. You'll never run out of things to do. Also, it is BRAND NEW. Perfect. Thank Elaine!
