Of course the largest and best amenity associated with Ariel Dunes is the 2000’ of magnificent open shoreline of the Gulf of Mexico for your enjoyment and pleasure. The Seascape Resort Complex includes an 18 hole golf course, tennis courts for your use and many walking or jogging paths. As all fishermen know, the Destin area provides amazing year round fishing and is known as the Greatest Little Fishing Village anywhere. Shopping is at a premium with Silver Sands Outlet Mall less than a mile away, Village at Baytowne Wharf, and the new Destin Commons Mall. Destin is also known for its large number of wonderful restaurants, many of which are located very near Ariel Dunes. For your convenience, we have provided a large list of area restaurants with addresses and driving directions on our 'Booking On-Line Feature' at bottom of this page.
Ski:
Known as the tallest Destin condominium, Ariel Dunes offers 24 stories of picturesque views that span the gulf coast from downtown Destin beaches to Panama City on a clear day. From the rear of the building you get a bird’s eye view of the lush Seascape Golf Course, the effervescent Choctawhatchee Bay and periodic firework displays from Sandestin. Two pools surround the southern portion of Ariel Dunes and offer a spacious deck for sunbathing and relaxing before heading off to the beach. A mushroom fountain is a guest favorite and offers the children a built in splash toy that is sure to please for extended periods. On-site breakfast, lunch and dinner can be found just downstairs at the newly opened, Cabana Café. Grab some java, a greek salad or a summer beverage to start your vacation off right.
Golf:
The On-Site Seascape Destin Golf Course will surpass your expectations with 18 lush contoured fairways and immaculate greens winding through the Resort's lush forests and around its tranquil lakes. The course is situated among a series of fresh water and coastal dune lakes and features breathtaking views of the Gulf of Mexico from many holes. Fifteen of the eighteen holes have water features.
Designed by famed course architect Joe Lee, Seascape's par 71, 6,100-yard championship Destin golf course poses a unique challenge to players of every skill level as its green placement and hazards require singular precision to maneuver the course. If time is an issue, Seascape offers the option of playing nine holes in the afternoon.
Seascape Golf Club offers a grass driving range, two practice greens, restaurant and full-stocked Pro Shop. Ariel Dunes was constructed on part of this golf course property.
