Want the very best view of Lake Hamilton? This beautiful home has 100 feet of lake-front. The home has a great room with a vaulted ceiling and an attached sun-room, two master bedrooms in the main house and 3 full baths, one with a Jacuzzi brand Jacuzzi tub. The kitchen has all the niceties of home. Every room in this gorgeous house has a view of the lake. Also, The Tower - 3 stories tall and include a small den and two smaller bedrooms. This area sleeps 6. This home has beautiful hardwood floors throughout. There are several TV's in the home, all equipped with DirectTV. There is an outdoor hot tub to enjoy! The home is perfect for families with children. The home has two slip covered dock, a swim dock, and hundreds of square feet of deck overlooking the lake. The home is situated right on a main channel point w/ the property extending into a deep water cove. This lets you and the kids swim and fish without the worry of speeding boats

Our Home:: We have tried to make this a real home. While we do not yet live there full time we have tried to furnish it as if we do. With the custom built furniture, carefully picked out accessories and things like the Jacuzzi tub, we feel like we have done a good job. We think you will agree. Just about every surface in the home as recently been redone, from floor to ceiling. And every thing in the home is brand new. We will be moving in full time when we retire and in the meantime we enjoy being here with our children and grandchildren. We hope that you will enjoy this home as much as we do. We have such special times here, create special memories, laugh and spend time with our children and friends. We wish the same for you.

Hot Springs:: Hot Springs has so MANY things to do. It is a city that has something going on all the time. It is a city rich in history. You must take a tour of the Fordyce bath house. The tour is free and so very interesting. You'll be carried back in time The Gangster Museum is also very interesting. I was really surprised. The winery is an absolute MUST! There is an amusement park, a water park, fabulous shopping. You can ride a duck, play pirate mini-golf, go for a lunch or dinner lake cruise - which is really interesting and fun. Did you know that Tyson chicken and Wendy's hamburger's have ties to Lake Hamilton? Garven Gardens always has something different depending on the time of year. The Christmas lights are nothing short of magical. In December you can ice skate on Bath House Row. Hot Springs has LOTS of wonderful restaurants - a number of them you can get to by boat. You can pet an alligator or pick up a piece of collector quality pottery. How about digging for a crystal? And so much more

We Love Dogs Too:: We are dog lovers and don't mind small to medium sized dogs. Dogs are the only pets that we allow. We require all pets to be housebroken and treated with a topical flea and tick repellent three (3) days prior to arrival such as Advantage. We do charge a small non-refundable pet deposit as we have extra cleaning done after a pet as been in the home. Whether the renters have pets or not they want all traces of a pet not theirs removed as you want all traces of a pet not yours removed before you arrive. We assume anyone who brings their dog to our home is a conscientious and responsible pet owner. We have found it to be true that these pet owners respect our home and the neighboring pets.

    The Tower is a 3-story structure attached to the main home. It is under the same roof and accessible only from a door in the living area. The bottom floor is a small den, the second and third floors are bedrooms. The den sleeps 1, the bedrooms sleep 3 and 2 respectively, for a total of 6. This area has a TV with DirecTV and DVD player and gorgeous views of the lake. This area rents separately from the main home but cannot be rented without the main house. This is a lock-out not a separate rental.

  • The main house will sleep 8. The Tower will sleep 6. The Tower is great for large families or for several families that travel together and kids love it! Each of the bedrooms in the main house are master bedrooms. They each have queens size beds, dressers and TV's with DirecTV. Both have a full size private bath and a walk-in closet. Both are graced with double french doors and the matching window. The french doors lead out onto the wrap around deck and a beautiful view. The master bedroom R (right) has an additional feature - an incredible 5x8 picture window with a breathtaking view. There is a queen sleeper sofa in the living room and one in the sun room. They are really comfortable and brand new. The Tower den has a chair and a half that twin size pull out that sleeps one very comfortably And the upper two bedrooms sleep 3 and 2 respectively.

A BLAST!!

Just enjoyed a wonderful and relaxing girls weekend at this cool house! There were 6 of us, and while we had originally planned on shopping on Satruday, the beautiful weather and lovely dock kept us sunning ourselves outside instead! There is an outdoor patio table that we played card games on while enjoying the sunset! The pool guy stopped by Saturday to check on the hottub to make sure the chemicals were in order-we were in the hottub at the time but he was very nice and filled the chlorine for us! The jacuzzi tub was great too! I enjoyed this so much that I asked my husband to bring me back with the kids for Mother's Day! There was also a VERY friendly yellow lab that made our acquintance while we were there, and he enjoyed sunning on the deck with us (we named him Ghost) we were all sad to leave him and the house on Sunday!! THANK YOU FOR A GREAT WEEKEND!! ~Susie

My friends,hubby, and I (9 of us) stayed here for the weekend. Only thing I can say good about this place was the company of my friends. A friend hubby and I left at 3am. because of big roaches crawling on me in my sleep. There was roach droppings in the window seal,a friends had to get 2 roaches out of her bed before she got in it,couch stinks,heat hardly worked,holes in the matterss and sheets, and the tub was nasty. NEVER AGAIN!!!! Please think twice before you stay.

We stayed at this home for a Thanksgiving get together with our adult children

We had such a great time in this home. We had nine people in our group and did not feel tight on space. The home was easy to find and the keyless entry went very well. The home was clean and the view of the lake was amazing.The dock was great for using our kayaks. We did have a issue with the hot tub. The lid should be in the landfill as it it worn out. The hot tub had a purple fungus growing in it GROSS. I did call the owner and a pool man arrived that same day to place chemicals. The chemicals never worked the purple fungus remained.

Family reunion

We had a great time in this home. When an air -conditioning problem occured Richard took care of the problem immediately. Excellent service. I really enjoyed the fact swimming was so easy for everyone. The location has concrete steps into the water for the young and the older folks in our group. This was so much easier than climbing a ladder onto the dock. My family really enjoyed the stay and will return.

I cannot express how very disapointed I was with this property. I speak for my parents, spouse, brother, and brother's wife when I say this. Several things were not in working order (light bulbs (10), faucets, both tub drains). Also, the matresses were sold old and worn that some had springs sticking out. The sheets were torn. We ended up purchasing a blow up matress for better sleeping. Also, 1 of the rooms in the tower had non working AC. The kitchen was VERY poorly stocked and we had to purchase things to cook with. Lastly, the entire place was dirty (dead bugs, floors, and patios). The worst part was that the landscaping and cabin itself were likely very nice at one point. However, not much has been maintained or taken care of. This family of 9 will not return.
