Charming Interior Designer's Yacht Harbor Beach Cottage Approx 800 Sq. Ft. Approx. 3 Minutes or 2 1/4 blocks to Twin Lakes Beach, the Harbor, The Crows Nest Restaurant and other Harbor Restaurants and Outdoor Activities. The home is a two Bedroom one Bath Beach Cottage with great south facing light. There is One Master Bedroom with a Queen Bed, Dresser, TV and luxurious bedding. One Guest Bedroom with two Twin Beds and a flat screen TV. One Bath with a shower and ample towels. The Living Room seats 6 with TV, DVD player and comfortable down furniture. Lastly, the Small full kitchen with a cozy nook seats up to 4. There are three exterior brick seating areas inclusive of the back and front yards with two heat lamps, a BBQ, outdoor shower with hot water and a hot tub for outside enjoyment. The backyard is surrounded by tall hedges and a beautiful rose garden. Both the backyard and the front are gated for privacy and convenience for yourselves and your pets.

The California Redwoods are approx. 20 mins.to the north with San Francisco another 40 mins. from there....lastly, the infamous Big Sur, Monterey and Carmel are approx 45 min. to the south. As you can see there is plenty to do and see!!
