Las Vegas Vacation Rental condo

My wife and I stayed in the 1 bedroom penthouse suite and everything exceeded our expectations by a mile. We regularly rent from owners when we travel, and Jose made this trip extremely easy. He handled everything from placing reservations to arranging airport pick up.

The penthouse suite was immaculate and spacious, and the views shown here are genuine. Check in / check out was a breeze. Some very important facts to remember when renting from Jose are no daily resort fees (Signature does include those fees when booking direct), and Jose provides contact information for a private housekeeper (bonus for those wanting privacy and refresh service at their convenience). Jose was always available and happy to answer any questions by email or phone. Jose and the staff at The Signature will make sure you have everything needed during your stay. We will definitely stay again (already begun to plan our next stay with Jose).

I will be recommending Jose to anyone in my local area looking for a great place to stay in Vegas.

We have stayed at the Signature twice before so I knew what to expect. Coming from England and renting from an owner in California was a bit daunting. But I had emailed Jose and spoken to him and felt good about the arrangement.
I wasnt dissapointed,what you get with these appartments is exactly what you get booking direct through Signature M.G.M.
Both appartments are spotless.
Maid service every day.

Had to get one of the room safes reset.No problem sorted in 10 minutes.
Pools quiet and peaceful. My children used the MGM pools as well as the 3 Signature pools.

What you see in the photos is what its like - fantastic.

When I started looking on home and away I would of liked some feedback on owners or managers of these appartments. Well please be assured that Jose is 100% great. He gave us a very late check out on one of the appartments which I know caused him problems but nothing was to much trouble.

I cant reccomend these appartments enough. Would I book again ? YES!!!

My sister is getting married on Aug. 15th and we decided to have a Bachelor/Bachelorette party in Vegas.
Friday-Monday, we rented both suites and the moment we entered we had the best time!!!! There were 3 bathrooms and with 6 girls...well getting ready was a breeze!!
The rooms are very spacious and the view is amazing! We were able to view all 3 pools from the tower and we also had acces to the MGM's main pool!!
The property was very clean when we arrived and well maintained. Jose made the rental process very easy and we never had an issue checking in!
We only paid for one day of housekeeping but we realized that the rooms had enough towels and amenities to keep us girls happy! The kitchen is stocked with silverware, pots, pans, plates, cups and bowls.
Also, I liked the fact that the towers were not crowed with people trying to get a cab. We would ask for a cab and they arrived within 5 mins.

I would recommend these suites time and time again! My only recommendation is that you should do a 360 of the suites b/c even though the pics are awesome they don't serve justice as to what an amazing place these suites are!
