Location: Whistler < British Columbia < Canada

Great location next to the village. Village North area is very close and you can reach the grocery stores, shopping centers and restaurants with less than a three minute walk. There are restaurants across the street. You might not need your car until it's time to check out.

In the winter in Whistler, location is everything! Some condo complexes charge $14- $20 a night to park when you stay at their rentals. Whistler day lots for skiers that are driving and parking there are charging $8 a day in winter and $10 a day in the summer to park.

Trying to find a parking space in Whistler even can be difficult. There are some pay parking spots where you would expect to find free parking.

The sidewalks in the Upper Village or anywhere more than a four minute walk to stores can be difficult to get around and you will find that you will like staying in VILLAGE NORTH where we are located for easy access to the village, bus shuttle, and ski lifts.

Renovated kitchen has many cooking utensils & cookware, from electric tea kettle, different types of teapots, egg poacher pan to omelet maker & rice cooker, along with the usual equipment. There are 3 different sizes & types of coffee makers. New Maytag microwave. Keurig Coffe Machine. Add a coffee pod, a cup of water and have a fresh cup of coffee in 3 minutes. Easy cleanup. Many condiments along with even sugar cubes.

The bathrooms have a hair dryer and extra products inside the main bathroom cabinet. We have a small cube alarm clock / radio with iPod dock for the master bathroom for guests to be able to enjoy their own music. Extra storage racks have been mounted on the wall across from the bedroom closet sliding doors. Guests can store their extra clothing and gear there.

We have a iPod dock that connects to the Bose Music System.

EXTRA DEPOSIT REQUIRED FOR GUESTS BRINGING MOUNTAIN BIKES: ---- Regular bikes to be stored in complex garage will not need a extra deposit fee. Year round, we offer complimentary concierge service for Sunpath guests.-----

After booking our unit, Shirley can help you with all of your Whistler questions that she can answer for you. .She has all the information about reduced ski ticket rates, rental cars, trains, buses, etc.

Arthur is our cleaner. He handles all of the laundry personally. We do ask for an accurate count of guests so that he can provide you with the correct amount of linens and towels. We also list his cell phone number in our kitchen if you need to reach him. Shirley & Arthur are available for any extra help.

*** NO BIKES are to be BROUGHT INSIDE our home; CLEANING DEPOSIT REQUIRED FOR GUESTS BRINGING MOUNTAIN BIKES. $300 deposit*** There are underground bike storage cages for bikes.

You might never need to use your car until you check out. There are restaurants across the street and a large shopping complex an easy 3 minute walk. The gated & well maintained pool/ hot tub are checked daily.

Age requirement: ***Age requirement for our condo. 26 years of age, not counting children that are with their families.**

We no longer accept pets to stay inside our condo due to plumbing problems and also extra cleaning charges.

One of our greatest compliments is when guests email us about how much they enjoyed the condo and want to return for another stay. We book up early for popular vacation times, so please contact us far in advance of your chosen dates.

Our home accommodates from 2 to 5 guests. *** It is really the MOST IDEAL for 2 - 4 guests**, but at times we do accept families of 5 guests.. No bunk beds in the second bedroom. 6 or 7 guests should choose other condos with bunk beds in their second bedrooms.

The sofa bed the living room is used as the third bed and has a high quality thick mattress.

We have been to Whistler many,many times. However, this was the BEST EVER! Your condo is amazing! We so enjoyed the goodies, all of your unit's amenities and personal notes and instructions in the unit. First Week of January 2012

We have returned to Whistler many times over the years, but your hospitality has made this year's visit one of the most pleasant and memorable. Thank you for all the attention to detail & for the treats. Our kids enjoyed all the comforts of home and so much more! This is a super spot location-wise. We loved the hot tub! You have a beautiful condo; we're so glad we found it! We skied everyday and it was so awesome to come "home" to such a comfortable condo. Thanks to Arthur for all of his help!

Two Week Holiday Stay 2011

We had such an amazing stay in your beautiful condo and we wished that we didn't have to leave. Thank you for the treats that you left for us. You definitely spoiled us! Your condo is so well stocked; there really wasn't anything you haven't thought of putting in there. We had a perfect Christmas and New Years and hope that one day we will bge able to stay in Sunpath #11 again. Thank you for your hospitality and for being so helpful and generous. Sunpath #11 Early December Guests

Our stay in Whistler was outstanding. It was our first time experiencing temperature inversion. We were all bundled up in the morning only to have to shed some clothes when we got off the gondola. Thank you for making our first stay in Whistler so nice. The condo was perfect for us with being so close to the mountain base.We were spoiled by the treats. We loved the hot tub. We will be sure to stay at your condo again so don't be surprised when we email this summer for a 2012 reservation.

We thorougly enjoyed our stay in your lovely condo. Everything was perfect and we could not have asked for more. Perfect location, quiet, but steps away from everything. The condo felt like we were staying in a home rather than like a rental. Top of the line furnishings and the best equipped kitchen. It was so clean and had everything we needed. Thank you again for your amazing attention to detail that made this such a wonderful getaway.
We believe we have found the perfect Whistler haven for our Whistler fall weekend trips and plan to make this an annual visit. We will be in touch in again to reserve your condo.
