This property features 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and a spacious, full kitchen and dining area. The solid Douglas Fir dining table can easily accommodate 10 people. In-floor heating radiates throughout the tile and hardwood flooring, keeping the house warm and cozy. Located upstairs, the living room area is perfect for relaxing with a good book, watching TV, or just enjoying the company of family and friends. The vaulted hardwood ceilings, massive log beams and large south facing windows flood the upstairs with lots of natural light.

    A two week notice is required for cancellation. Cancellations that are made more than two weeks prior to the arrival date will incur no penalty. Cancellations or changes that result a shortened stay, that are made within two weeks of the arrival date, forfeit the damage/reservation deposit.

As soon as we walked through the door of this mountain home, we were thrilled! Beautiful exposed logs, granite countertop, stainless appliances and a gas stove top to die for! The floor plan worked very well for our large group and it was extremely clean and well equipped. It had everything we needed...including a gas grill! The location was convienent to hiking Buffalo Mountain as well as sightseeing spectacular scenery in every direction! Also, outlet shopping and grocery store nearby. When we weren't on the go, it was the perfect place to read, relax, or watch a movie. The accommodations and homey ambience exceded our expectations. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Thanks for a great vacation....we LOVE this place!

Great Spacious House!

My wife and I rented the house for the July 4th weekend with three other couples. We had a great time in the home. The kitchen/living room area is very spacious and the bedrooms are all good size.

We went to Keystone and Breckenridge and both are very convienent and easy to get to. Lake Dillon is also very pretty and is only a short drive from the house. My wife and I went hiking in the forest trails with our dogs each morning.

This is a great property for families or groups of 6-10. Karen is very sweet and laid back. We had a great time.
