There is no extra charge for this service, we just want you to feel at home when you arrive. The apartment also has a bunch of take out menus, as well as grocers numbers all of which can be delivered to your door. You will also find discount theater and shopping coupons, much like you would find at a hotel waiting for you on the coffee table. Metrocards for the New York City Subway can be prepurchased prior to arrival and have waiting for you in the apartment.

My girlfriend and I were visiting from London. It was our first time in New York. We were a little apprehensive of staying outside of Manhattan, but now we're glad we did. This neighborhood in Brooklyn is fantastic. The train is around the corner from the apartment, and the subway choices take you anywhere you want to go in Manhattan (east or west sides) in just a few minutes. I don't think we would have seen as much of New York if we stayed in Midtown.
The apartment was super. Everything was spot on. It was clean and professionally kept. Really roomy. It had all the appliances that you would need toaster oven, coffee maker, full fridge, even an oven and stove, which we hardly used. The fold out was super clean, and comfortable, and they had plenty of linens. The grocery is just steps away and opened 24 hours. The neighborhood was super safe. Having Cable TV, internet and phone, is also a plus. Mo had a bunch of discount coupons spread out on the coffee table, as well as a catalog of nearby take out restaurants that deliver and are familiar with the apartment.
We are planning an extended stay this summer and hope that Mo has the apartment free. Really recommend this place to a couple staying in the city.
