This Sea Pines home is a perfect vacation destination for your family! Directly across the street from the beach access path and near the South Beach area, this 3 bedroom (plus loft), 3 ½ bathroom home is pet friendly and has a spacious screened in back deck with pool for your enjoyment! Just outside the screened in pool area is an open air deck with a gas BBQ for your grilling needs.
Large trees with aged moss surround the home as you walk up the wide wooden stairs to the front door. Step down into the spacious living area decorated in a soft aqua blue. This room offers family style comfort with plenty of seating in overstuffed sofas. (One of them pulls out to a queen sofa bed.) A large flat screen TV/DVD completes the space for your enjoyment. Just off the family living area is a dining area with a large, glass top dining table that has ample seating for 6.
Take a small step up to the kitchen which is fully appointed and includes stainless steel appliances, marble counters, and elegant wood cabinetry. There is a quaint round table with seating for 4 plus two barstools at the counter, perfect for a casual snack. A spacious wet bar looks out to the screened in back deck area where you will enjoy the large pool.
Down the hall from the kitchen is a laundry room with full size washer and dryer. Also on the first floor is the master bedroom where you will find a large four poster, wooden and wicker, plush king sized bed. Soft tropical hues decorate this room which leads to the back pool deck through sliding doors. There is a private bathroom with the bath and shower, plus a separate 2 sink vanity area.
The second floor has 2 bedrooms and opens to a nautical themed loft area with daybed. This common loft area has a TV/DVD for your use.
The second bedroom features 2 Twin beds with tan wicker furnishings. There is a private bathroom with walk-in shower.
The third bedroom boasts light powder blue coloring and has a king size bed with white wicker décor. With a TV/DVD as well as a private bathroom with bath/shower, this 3rd bedroom can be used as a second master. Both of the upstairs bedrooms have private access to a second floor balcony with direct access to the deck below by spiral staircase.
