This is truly a beautiful home set behind the gates in La Quinta, within walking distance of the famous Polo grounds & nestled below the Santa Rosa Mountains. This home is very private with a wonderful gated entry to a private courtyard full of hanging baskets & cascading waterfall of flowers. Once you walk into the main entry you are aware of a feeling of space & ambiance. The great room is surrounded on two sides with glass doors onto the pool area & the courtyard. The gourmet kitchen is an entertainers delight with top of the line stainless steel appliances. A wonderful added feature is the butlers pantry. Perfect for entertaining guests in a formal dining room. The great room contains a full professional size pool table flowing into the sitting area with a grand fireplace, flat screen, and surround sound. The pool & jacuzzi are the focal point with a delightful private garden and beautiful oasis with pool and spa.

There are several top casinos located in the area and the world famous El Paseo shopping area along with the outlet mall at Cabazon make this a great shopping destination. The area boast some of the finest resorts with world famous spas. Truly something for everyone & weather to go with it.
