This beautiful home is on the 9th Fairway of Trilogy Golf Club available for your winter getaway. It has stunning views of the golf course plus the San Tan and Superstition Mountains. The home features a Great Room with adjoining Gourmet Kitchen and Dining Room with surround sound. The Master Suite includes a gorgeous master bath with walk-in shower, bench seat and large walk-in closet. A second bedroom with bath is perfect for guests. The Large Den is a great office away from home. You can enjoy your breakfast coffee on the large covered patio and desert landscaped back yard that looks out over the golf course. Trilogy is a gated active adult community where one resident must be at least 55 year old. This home is a short walk to the 27,000 square foot San Tan Club that is the social center of the community. It hosts fitness classes, bridge, dances, cards, arts and crafts, movie theater, tennis courts, resort style pools, billiards, boccie courts, restaurant and Internet cafe.

Grandchildren Visiting?: High Chair and Pack-n-Play are also available.

This is a lovely home on the 9th fairway of Trilogy Golf Course and Community. The listing information was accurate and the home was spacious, clean and very well maintained. The owners were very thorough in the process of having us rent their home. All necessary paperwork was done in a timely manner and our security refund was sent in the allotted time frame.
We highly recommend renting this property. The staff at Trilogy was efficient and welcoming. This is a most friendly community with many activities and programs available.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Sightseeing
