Our villa is located in the Tatum Ranch community. Situated on a private, corner plot, the villa provides almost 4000 square feet of luxury accommodation. This is a particularly pleasant location, after staying here, one former tenant has purchased a property two blocks away and another is looking to do the same With a south-western theme, we have paid special attention to ensure our home offers the highest quality family accommodation.The property is on two floors. The en-suite master bedroom with king size bed on the ground floor and the other three above;one en-suite with queen size and two with twin beds. There is also a den/study. We have recently upgraded work tops in the kitchen, carpeting through out and installed plantation shutters in the two en suite bedrooms .This is a very spacious and comfortable home that is ideal for longer lets.
