Orange Beach is known for beautiful beaches, great boat access to the Gulf and an array of upscale restaurant and lodging options. Cotton Bayou is just north of the strip of beach. If you have visited the area, you may remember from going to Zeke's Restaurant/Marina or to San Roc Cay (both on Perdido Beach Blvd) or to Tacky Jack's, that area is Cotton Bayou and opens right to the Gulf there at Alabama Point. Great proximity to the beach and Orange Beach's array of restaurants and marinas and a perfect starting point if you are in town for events (fishing, music, sports) at The Wharf, San Roc Cay, Sportsman's, Zeke's or Orange Beach Marinas. It also provides a great family or corporate retreat spot with plenty of space and nice amenities for those who don't care for condos and crowds!

Additional information about rental rates

  • Rates subject to change until confirmed. No Smoking, No Pets, Minimum Rental Age is 25.
  • This property consists of 3 units: a duplex with 4 bedrooms/4 baths per side (each sleeps up to 10 guests) and a 5 bedroom/3 bath house which sleeps up to 14 people.

    Weekend rental rates are Thursday-Saturday nights, Weekday rates are Sunday-Wednesday nights.
    We will consider 2 night rentals from November-February, and on a last minute basis. 4 night minimum for Thanksgiving and Christmas holidays.
  • Events such as wedding receptions, anniversary parties, etc must be pre-approved, have a 3 night minimum, and REQUIRE RENTAL OF THE ENTIRE PROPERTY. There are no additional fees for having an event but they must be approved at the time of reservation. We reserve the right to limit party size. Misrepresentation is cause for eviction without refund of rents or deposits.

  • King gulfview master with a deluxe bath with jacuzzi tub/separate shower/double vanity, a second lagoon-side junior master with deluxe bath, and downstairs queen with a private bath and a downstairs queen with an adjoining bath that also opens to the hall. Waterside West has a king master identical to the one on the east side, a second upstairs queen bedroom, a downstairs queen with private bath and a downstairs bedroom with a daybed and trundle (two twins). The Lodge has a first floor king master with deluxe bath plus two other downstairs bedrooms that share a bath. Upstairs you'll find two more bedrooms that share a bath.

Gorgeous Wedding Spot: Great views and plenty of room for your guests, this is a wonderful spot for a wedding ceremony or reception. You can even boat over to your rehearsal dinner at San Roc Cay or have a wedding cruise that leaves right from our pier. How cool is that?!

Church & Corporate Retreat Friendly: We know from experience how hard it is to find a spot with a large enough space for everyone to get together--this is it! The huge living room in the house we call the Lodge is that place. When you aren't meeting everyone can go to their separate quarters and enjoy the privacy our layout of 3 houses provides. We can arrange daily maid service or suggest caterers as well.

Boating, Fishing, Boating!: Bring your own boat, or charter one from a nearby marina. We have a deck designed to accommodate good sized boats and we have easy Gulf access at nearby Alabama Point. Cotton Bayou is home to Zeke's Marina, San Roc Cay, Tacky Jack's, Orange Beach Marina and several smaller marinas and quite close by water to Sportsmans. Have a great house, pool and pier and be close to your favorite marina or waterfront restaurant! We are the only large boat-friendly property we know of that can accomodate a sizable group and you will love the luxury finishes we've put into the property.

Everything was great and would have been perfect if there we're more cookware in kitchen. Only thing available was one small skillet. Also need better address idenitfication on rental house to find it. Other than that a great place to stay.
