Situated 200 yards from the Louvre, the Palais Royal, and Rivoli Street, 10 minutes walk from Concorde Square, Madeleine Church, Ile de la Cité and the Opéra. 15 minutes from Champs Elysées and all trendy boutiques on Rue du faubourg Saint Honoré.

We stayed here right after New Years and loved the location. Ideally situated for everything.
The apartment is filled with everything you need and its nice having a microwave to warm those chocolate croissants and a refrigerator to keep your Orangina cool.
The apt was warm when we came in which was appreciated in January and nicely sized for two people.
We unfortunately didn't have the owner speaking english to explain things to us but instead a lovely woman who spoke french only so it made it difficult to understand much and we never knew how to use the wireless or television.
Also lacked a few important details like soap or toilet paper but we took care of this ourselves.
Check out the contract for any extra charges like early departure which may affect you if you have an early flight.

I'd recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a quiet place ideally located.
We would return in a second!
Thanks Ivan and thanks to your french woman friend...she was awesome despite our linguistic difficulties.

Our pleasant stay in Paris

We have certainly appreciated our stay at the Molière Opéra's apartment during our last vacation in Paris. The location in the heart of Paris was both practical and enjoyable. The apartment itself was well set up with everything we needed for a comfortable stay and it did provide good value for money. We are already planning our next trip to Paris and although there were some minor maintenance issues, we hope to be able to book the Molière Opéra's apartment again.

I have stayed at this apartment several times and continue to use it as my source of lodging as I travel to Paris often. It is always exceptionally clean and very well manicured. The owners are reliable, courteous, and accommodating, a pleasure to deal with. Centrally located in the heart of Paris, it is an easy 5 minute walk to the Louvre and 10 to 15 minute walk to other sites such as the Concorde Monument, Louvre Gardens, Opera House, and major shopping areas. Equally, the apartment is within a 5 minute walk to several Metro/Subway lines so getting to other areas of Paris is highly convenient. The apartment is also situated away from the street, providing a nice, peaceful, and comfortable oasis to relax after spending the day in the city.

Truly a gem to accommodate the Parisian experience...nice/tasteful decor, modern amenities, Internet and within the immediate vicinity of grocery stores and restaurants (boulangerie/patisserie next to building). I highly recommend the apartment.

Perfect Place for Our Family

We stayed here in early October 2009 and were very pleased with the apartment. Although it is a 1-bedroom, our children were comfortable on the pull-out futon. It was a very good location for us -- 5 minute walk to the Louvre and the Metro. The apartment is quiet (faces the courtyard, not the street). It has a very comfortable and large bed and overall was well-maintained. The internet wireless was very helpful in planning our daily activities in Paris. We would definitely stay here again and have no reservations in recommending it to others.

I stayed this summer in this apartment and I can say that this was one of the best times I had in Paris. I travel two or three times a year to paris (I'm from South America) and this was by far the best place I stayed ever.
Clean, nice, excellent location and especially the great human touch Ivan has, he made me feel like I'm at home.

I STRONGLY recommend this place to everyone who wants to stay at a nice place in Paris.
