Perfect Paris Apartment -- 5 Stars!!

We stayed in Ivan’s apartment 4 nights in October 2011, and it provided everything expected! The location was marvelous for the following reasons: (1) it was less than 5 minutes walk to the Pyramides metro stop, and only 5 minutes or so to Line 1, Palais Royale Musee du Louvre, (2) an abundance of wonderful restaurants surrounded the location, (3) the Louvre is only a couple minutes walk away, (4) a market with all the necessary staples, including wine and liquor, is just one block, and (5) if needed, a laundromat, which we used and found clean and easy to use, is only a 5 minute walk. The apartment itself is exactly as shown in the pictures and provided an extremely comfortable stay for my husband and myself throughout our stay. One of the nicest points about the apartment is how quiet it is tucked inside a lovely courtyard beyond the main doors!! Internet connectivity was easy and fully functional and fast -- we used it daily. Ivan is an attentive owner, ensuring our host immediately met us upon arrival. I very highly recommend the apartment for your Paris holiday!!

You are right that the apartment is extremely quiet, which is not so common in Paris, with that view on a typical charming Parisian courtyard.
Indeed, the apartment is ideally located, at the very center of our Capital and within walking distance of most monuments, areas of interest, foodstores/markets, and numerous quality retaurants with all kinds of dishes, French as well as International.
If you wish to come back please make sure you let me know and I will have a nice bottle of Bordeaux waiting for you
