Enjoy privacy and great views of the Gulf of Mexico & Little Lagoon at our beach house only 200 yards from the beach. This is closer than most 'gulf front' resorts. The house is divided into two three-bedroom/three bath halves, one stacked over the other, with an interior connecting stairway and an elevator. Great for togetherness or shut the doors and each feels like its own house. Each floor has a spacious living area with wide open Gulf views and a large covered porch with a table and chairs to enjoy outdoor dining or relaxing. The beautifully equipped kitchen is open to the living area and features custom cabinets, granite counters and stainless appliances. The master bedroom has a king-sized bed, adjoining lagoon-view private porch, and master bath with separate jacuzzi tub, shower and double vanities. The second bedroom features a queen bed and private bath. The third has a pair of twins, a lagoon-view balcony and a private bath. Each has a television.

This house is brand new and could not be any better. The house was furnished beautifully with a beachy feel that still made you feel at home. With only a short walk to the beach, this house was situated off the main road, but still close enough to see the waves break from both balconies!! Any group or family wanting their own private pool would definitely enjoy this house and the outside living areas and porches made a great place to stay outside without being in the sun. The property was very clean and any problem you have during the week will be taken care of right away by the owners! My group of 16 rented both floors and could not have asked for a better place for our week stay. Close enough to stores and restaurants, while still being in the more quiet part of the beach next to the lagoon, my group has already recommended this property to others and will definitely consider staying there again anytime we are in Gulf Shores!
