This beautiful 3500 sq/ft non smoking home was recently remodeled with the finest amenities. Soak your body in the outdoor SPA while enjoying the forest trees and mountain fresh air. Lounge on the couch in front of the wood burning fireplace, watch a movie, or play Wii. Socialize around the bar or shoot a game of pool. This house has it all! Large flat screen TVs in the living room and Master bedroom. Heated tile floors in the Master Bath. The Great Room is what makes this house so special. It includes kitchen, game room with pool table, living room with a 8' x 9' couch, wood burning fireplace, dining room, wet bar in the middle of the action with the pool table on one side and the living room on the other. There is a huge deck off the living room with a new spa that comfortably seats 7. Parking is easy in the three car garage and large driveway

An absolutely amazing cabin! We couldn't have asked for more. The location was great, the jacuzzi was top notch, the flat screens were tip top, the master bath was beautiful... I didn't want to leave!

We celebrated my birthday at Andy's Mammoth home with a big group of friends, and I have to say that we'll probably talk about it for years! Everything about it met and exceeded my expectations--the huge kitchen, generous bedroom sizes, decor, open Living, Dining, and Pool table area; I wish I lived there! It was so nice to be able to walk to Eagle lift in under 5 minutes, and then come back from a long day and soak in a private jacuzzi on the deck! We hope to make it an annual trip. I recommend staying at Andy's home in Mammoth with great enthusiasm!

Greetings. To all looking for a home to vacation with the family or friends look no further. This house was perfect for us...walking distance to Eagle lodge...closed off bedroom area for children and parents. Beautiful open and spacious...the windows give way to the trees and mountain scenery. If you're a big cook you may want to bring a few kitchen utensils (i.e. food processor, roasting pan etc..) other than that this place is a home away from home. Thank you Andy for being so accomodating and available for our hot tub dilemma. We look forward to our next booking.

I accidentally took your Bose in-home remote
thinking it was ours. Let me know where I should
mail it to and I'll get it out.

We have been looking at rental/investment
properties in Orange Co. and after our 4th trip to
Mammoth, we're now thinking about property that
we can also enjoy while renting....like Mammoth.
The neighbor to your left (as you look at your
house) said your home is for sale....I'm sure it's out
of our price range but interested.

really enjoyed your home!
