Condo, 2 Bedrooms + Queen Sofa Bed, 1.5 Baths, (Sleeps 6)

Seaview Lower Unit is a beautiful two bedroom duplex on quiet street near the heart of Wrightsville Beach. At the end of the street is a wonderful family friendly beach for sunbathing, swimming, surfing and great walks. On the other side of the street is public access to Banks Channel for kayaking, paddle boarding, fishing, and more. Nearby boating available.

The local grocery/coffee shop/surf shop and restaurants are two blocks away. There is an outdoor shower, off street parking for two cars, washer/dryer and a large deck for entertaining and relaxing. Great Family vacation at the beach. Nearby sailboat, kayak, windsurfer, surfboard and boat rentals.

Wilmington, NC has excellent nearby shopping, restaurants, museums, water park, downtown historic district and more! Fort Fisher is home to North Carolina Aquarium and Fort Fisher Museum.

Wrightsville Beach is famous for beautiful white sandy beaches. Lifeguard stands at end of street near condo. Safe community.

Excellent place to say in Wrightsville Beach - close to town and beach!

We had a girls reunion here recently and had a wonderful time. The condo is nicer than it looks in the pictures and there has since been an upgrade to a nicer, flat-screen TV also. The condo is well decorated, clean, well kept and it was very comfortable to stay here. It was very close to the beach and within walking distance of everything we wanted to do in Wrightsville Beach. Would definitely stay here again!!
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Girls Getaway, Tourists without a Car, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway

Perfect House for Beach Getaway

Myself and a group of 3 friends traveled to Wrightsville Beach for a wedding in May. This house was absolutely perfect for our needs. It was less than a block from the beach and within walking distance to a lot of great restaurants. The home was very clean and felt very cozy. Scott was very accommodating and we had a wonderful experience. Highly recommended!
