Designer apartment in the heart of the entertainment district and four blocks up from the beach. It occupies the top floor of a classic craftsman house. French doors open to a large private deck with views of the mountains, Riviera and city and is equipped with an outdoor fireplace and BBQ. A 'loft' style great room with cathedral ceiling includes the kitchen, dining and living areas. The fully enclosed property is a peaceful refuge in easy walking distance of the downtown restaurants and shops and music and festivities. There is gated off-street parking. Free bicycles to allow you to relax and live car free. A perfect romantic getaway. Maid service, in house massage and airport pick up available on request

You can do it all here. If you have a car or not it's close to the beach and nice restaurants. We had a great time while staying here. Nice evenings on the deck. Nice BBQ grill. It is nice and quiet for sleep in days and right inthe heart of things. A very important feature for us was the comfortable bed. Nothing ruins a time away from home like a bad sleeping experience. I would definitely stay here again. That is if it is available. Once the word gets out you will have to book this one early

What a great place! It's a block from State St. 4 blocks to the wharf. I walked to everything, no need for a car. I stayed in the studio. Perfect for a business traveler, or a couple on a budget. I live in hotels. I'm on the road 52 weeks/year. The moment I opened the door, it was like being home. VERY comfortable homey apartment with laundry facilities and a private porch. If you've ever wondered what it would be like to live in Santa Barbara,
here's your answer. I LOVED THE PLACE.

We had a wonderful stay at this lovely little place which has everything you need and a great mountain view. All just remodeled and beautifully decorated! Great location...walk to beach and downtown. We enjoyed our beach cruzin...with your bikes! There are bike lanes and paths most everywhere.
