Nothing is far in Playa! This condominium can sleep up to 5 people. There are two bedrooms- the master bedroom with a king size bed/full bathroom and the second bedroom with two double beds/full bathroom. The condominium has a fully equipped kitchen with granite counters and stainless steel appliances. An amazing ocean view from the kitchen, living area and master bedroom with an entire wall of floor to ceiling windows! Aldea Thai features a fabulous pool with a bar and lounge chairs, The Ocean Plaza with thirty commercial locations including restaurants and boutiques and a lot of common areas.

Located in downtown Playa del Carmen right off of 5th Avenue and only steps from Mamita’s Beach. 5th Avenue is a one of a kind pedestrian promenade that offers boutique shopping, and fine dining, as well as traditional Mexican culture. It is the single most walked Avenue in Mexico. Playa has a small town feel, but it boasts all the amenities that a traveler could want. This combination is what makes Playa so unique. Just on the outskirts of town you can visit the water park Xel Ha, or the theme park Xcaret. There is an abundance of Eco Touristic activities that you can experience including a jungle Zip Line or Kayaking in the Sian Ka'an Biosphere Reserve. The area is perforated with natural Cenotes which offer a very unique diving experience. There is exceptional snorkeling & the diving just off of Cozumel, on the second largest barrier reef in the world. Not to mention the outstanding Sport Fishing. The wonders of the Mayan Culture are all around in the Ruins.

    One cleaning is included in the weekly rate. If you wish to schedule additional cleanings during your stay, you may for $25.00 each additional day. Gratuity for the cleaning lady will be appreciated.

    There is a $300 refundable damage deposit required. This will be refunded to you one week after check-out, assuming that there are no losses or damages.
