I've read a lot of reviews on the internet about rentals in West Palm Beach to accomodate our upcomming visit to Florida and, like me, a person's review of a rental is almost top on my list when booking a vacation. I came accross this property and it didnt seem like anyone had a bad thing to say! I was delighted! :P Now let me tell you, about 60 things came up when I was trying to book our vacation! I had spoken to John first thing expressing my interest in renting his home. He was very understanding and patient waiting on my 1st payment. To my suprise, No extra security deposit was needed, which was a huge relief since we didnt necessarily have the extra money to tie down like other rentals. We stayed for 5 nights in this breath-taking home. Our jaws struck the floor upon opening the door and feasting our eyes on the enchanting layout & decor that was to be our home for the next few days. The architecture was fab and the neighborhood represented a sophisticated yet comfy-cozy atmosphere. We spent the week soaking up all Jupiter & West Palm had to offer, including our Mission: cardinals baseball!!! ANother fantastic atribute to this property was our Landlord, John. He was very personable, friendly & courteous for the entire duration of our stay. Anything we needed was right there waiting for us, including John, a few doors down. We were greeted with a bottle of wine & plenty reccomendations which were much appreciated. There was too much to do in too little of time!! The set up of this house easily accomodated our group of 4 friends, & could easily accomodate a fifth, as there is a sun room with compleate privacy & a futon. The outdoor area was very serene, fantastic patio & grill. We sat out there for hours. :o) The beds were super comfortable & we naped often, & found it hard to get out of bed most.. okay all mornings. The living room had a huge projection screen tv & we all curled up on the sofa for movie night. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare some great meals together! Everything we needed was right there... I promise you... you will not be dissappointed with this rental. Why would anyone pay more to stay in a stuffy, unpersonable hotel with no accomodations when you can stay here and have everything you need? Its just like home! (but hotter & sunnier & way more fun) So I say, look no further when booking your vacation home here. (except the week that we want to come back, then I say, "get in line!") :)"

Owner's Response: It was an absolute pleasure to have this wonderful group of 4 stay at Palm Tree Residence. I am thrilled to know that they are planning to return and also rent Palm Tree Cottage (2 Bedroom, 1 bathroom) to accommodate their extended family during their return stay. They ranted and raved about being so close to City Place and taking the free Trolley service to Downtown Clematis where they experienced Raco's Tacos endless Margarita's!
