Spacious one bedroom unit located in the heart of Tomah near all the best shopping and dining. This property has close proximity to I-90, the Tomah VA Hospital, and 15 minutes from Fort McCoy. Updated space with new flooring and stylish furnishings. This location is at the end of the building on a quiet street. A great space to stop while passing through or spend an extended period.

10% discount given to active duty military and veterans with proof of status.

Fully furnished one bedroom with private entrance. All areas in the unit are accessible to the tenant including closets and full bathroom. Fully stocked kitchen including: silverware, dishware, coffee maker, toaster, basic pots and pans, basic cooking utensils, and glassware. WIFI throughout the whole unit with Smart TVS. Guests are welcome to use the laundry facilities on the lower, backside of the building. Laundry is coin operated and open 24-7 to guests. The property is located near local parks and is connected to everything in the area via sidewalks.

Guests will be sent a code 1-2 days prior to their stay as there is a smart lock on the main entrance to the home. Instructions on how to enter will be sent 1 day before arrival to your email.

Guests are able to park in the lot or utilize city street parking. Only one vehicle can be parked in the permitted stall, any additional vehicles will need to utilize street parking. Guests will need to be aware of alternate parking during the winter months, please read signage located in stalls or on sidewalks.

Taxi services are available in Tomah. The property is also connected via sidewalk to many of the area's best shopping and dining. Best shopping in the area includes Maurices, Cranberry Country Mall, Humbird Cheese Mart, Stars Boutique, All Things Amish & more, and Market Place.

Please be mindful of neighbors as quiet hours are from 11:00PM-7:00AM. Dumpsters for trash and recycling are located down the entry driveway on the left side of the cul-de-sac.

If found smoking, vaping, or burning of any kind inside the unit the tenant will be charged $250. All smoking, vaping, and burning must be done outside at least 30 feet from the building.

Fireworks are strictly prohibited. Tenants found violating this policy will be charged $250.

Pet fees are in place because we do not have an additional cleaning fee for pet friendly stays. This fee covers our cleaning teams time for additional cleaning needed from our fury friends.

Great location
We visit the Cranberry Festival every year, usually camping, but this is much better. Affordable, warm, dry, everything worked. Good quality tv for the big football games at night. Nice quiet neighborhood.

Nice small place
We needed a place to stay to be close to family but also have a quiet place to retreat too. Chris was available and answered questions quickly. It may be time to invest in a new mattress. Over all enjoyed our stay and we may be back in the spring.

I absolutely love the place! I wish it was available for monthly rentals as a no lease apartment! They provide everything you could need in an apartment. Its very clean homie and the doors locks are punch code. I never even met nor spoke to the owner, manager. I had the door unlock code emailed to me and got an email saying when to check out and what the expected departure should result in meaning the room be completely cleaned garbage taken to the dumpers dirty towels in bathroom no items left behind no furnishings moved dishes washed etc the neighbors were loud and fighting two days straight though and since there was no one working there around there was no way to get them to quiet down other then having to request it myself. Making it very awkward for them.
