Beach chairs/towels/coolers. Our 4th floor unit is located in a 4 story building which provides spectacular panoramic views of the ocean, Haleakala Volcano, neighboring islands, and the entire south shore of Maui. We are only 30 feet from the waters edge. The 5 star Waterfront Restaurant is on the premises. 200 yards to Maalaea Harbor and the Maui Ocean Center Aquarium.     CANCELLATION POLICY: $95 cancellation fee if canceled more than 60 days before arrival. The balance of the deposit will be refunded. If you cancel within 60 days (Value Season) or 75 days (Peak Season) of arrival, the cancellation policy forfeits the $200 deposit. Less than 30 days before arrival (Value Season) or 45 days (Peak Season), the entire rent is forfeited, unless we can re-rent the unit. We recommend trip insurance for these cases.

Snorkel Trip Info: Enjoy snorkeling at both world famous Molokini crater and Turtle Town aboard the newest and most exciting charter vessel Hokua located at Maalaea Harbor. The Hokua is a 40 foot power catamaran with ultra quiet Eco-Friendly Jet Drives that was specifically built for Hawaii’s unique waters. She is Coast Guard approved to carry 35 passengers in comfort. Why go snorkeling on “cattle-marans” with up to 149 passengers when you can avoid the crowds. Experience the world famous Molokini crater and Turtle Town snorkeling adventure.

While on board, you will be treated to both a delicious continental breakfast as well as a premium deli-style lunch with all the fixings. We loved our stay at the lovely Milowai condo. It was by far the best vacation we have EVER taken. So much to see and do on the island with the condo centrally located. The condo had everything we were looking for which including a nice kitchen, laundry, wireless internet, and beautiful lanai overlooking the ocean. Staying in a condo like Milowai was the best decision made when making plans to visit Maui.

Just wanted to let you know that we had a wonderful time at your condo. It was nice to see a well taken care of unit (updated). The view was fabulous and we spent a lot of time watching the whales. The location of your place is ideal. We were able to walk to restaurants, snorkeling trips, shops, etc. We would go back in a heartbeat. Thanks for sharing your paradise with us, Marilyn and Don

Aloha,
Just wanted to let you know how much we enjoyed your condo. It was wonderful! I've never rented one so well stocked, with such nice neighbors and such an amazing view!

I especially appreciated discovering the shopping carts for lugging groceries and luggage up to the 4th floor. Just loaded the cart, rode up in the elevator and wheeled it down to the front door. Easy as pie!

Rosemary in the rental office was great too. Easy check in- easy check out.
