Distinctively Orlando Palms Villa with Private Heated Pool, 5 miles to Disney

The house was perfect. There were nine of us lots of room.spent a lot of time in the pool.Lots of seating inside and out.Cose to everything.Every thing was as it was in the pit. even better.There was even extras like ice maker ,long distance calling to Canada.Short trip to disney.The owner was so nice and answered all our questions in a fast time and help us out great I strongly recommed this property to anyone.And will be booking again soon.Charmaine Nova Socia Canada

We found the owner easy to deal with, the home was very pleasant and well appointed. It was close to shops, Disney World, Universal, etc, in a nice neighbourhood. The pool was heated and although it was chilly out we enjoyed the swim.

When we returned home from Florida, we discovered that we had left an item behind. We contacted Stewart, who initiated a search and had our item promptly mailed back to us. We were most impressed with how quickly he dealt with the issue and how willing he was to help.

One recommendation - it's worth going a little bit further to the Target, as we found the Walmart extremely busy, disorganized, and the service very VERY slow.

We usually stay on Disney or Universal property and this was our first time renting a private house in Orlando. We were nervous about what we would find but the owner, Stewart, was so nice to deal with that we jumped right in and rented this house.

The house ended up being lovely and very comfortable. It's a four bed, 2 bath with a heated pool and a game room. It was perfect for us and our extended family. It had a well appointed kitchen which worked out great for the nights we wanted to cook in and relax.

The heated pool looked great and there was a nice screened in patio. Unfortunately it was too cold this trip to take advantage of the pool but hopefully next time we can jump in!

This house is located right of 192 in a very quiet residential neighborhood. It's a straight shot down 192 to get to the Disney Parks. Very convenient.

If you are sick of being crammed into a hotel room during your Orlando visits, this place might be right up your alley. It's got plenty of space for everyone and has every convenience of being at home.

It was a nice perk that Stewart, the owner, was just a dream to deal with. We will definitely be back.
