Bright, 225 square feet (21 square meters), newly renovated, hardwood floors, exposed brick wall and sun-drenched by south facing windows. Pleasant third floor views to quiet residential street and Chelsea community street life below. Minimalist, white, modern environment complemented with 21st century designer furnishings. Amenities include: queen size bed, lounge chair, dining table for two, high-definition flatscreen TV with cable channels and DVD player, high-speed wireless internet access, kitchen with stove, microwave, coffee maker and cooking essentials.and bath with shower and tub, ample storage space in hanging closet, heating (steam) and cooling (aircon) as the season requires. Linens and towels are included. Please supply your own toiletries.

Perfect base for exploring New York

We rented the studio for seven nights and could not have been happier! Andy was fantastic and met us there even though we arrived late in the evening.

The studio itself was extremely clean and well appointed (just like the photos) and the location is perfect with the Chelsea market, shops, delis, bars and restaurants all close by. The fully equipped kitchen allowed us the option of preparing some of our own meals and the nearby 23rd street subway stations gave us easy access to all parts of Manhattan.

This studio is fantastic value for money and we would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone.

I spent the best vacations ever in this apartment!
Everything was very clean and tidy, it looked brand new! and it has a great location too.
I would definitely recommend this Studio to my friends and family!

Excellent!

The appartment is exactly what you can see in the pictures.
The manager is solicitous and kind. He offered us help for any information about NYC that we wanted.
The location is excellent, right next to delis, subway, restaurants and all sorts of stores.
The bathroom is very small, but it`s not a problem if you`ll be staying just for a week or two.
And the heating is a little noisy - at night, we needed some time to get used to it and get back to sleep.
The picture displays a LCD tv, but we found a small CRT one. This was not really important for us, since we barely watched it. But if this is important for you, I`d suggest to check this information before you go.
The internet access was easy and very fast with my Macbook. My husband didn`t find a way to connect his Windows Vista notebook, though.
We think it`s an excellent place to stay in NYC and we definitly recommend it.

Like a designer hotel at a much better price

This rental is perfect for a couple's vacation. It was essentially like renting at a nice hotel, except:

1. The decor was nicer - tastefully modern designer furniture, hardwood floors.
2. A full kitchen allowed us to save a lot of money by making breakfast in the room.
3. It was about one third to one half cheaper than what I would expect to pay at a hotel.

The area is fantastic, right in the heart of Chelsea. The owner, Andy, was great - he met us at the apartment even though we arrived very late, after 11PM.
