Our experience at Sunstone lodge was wonderful. The house is amazing, beautiful and clean and had almost everything.
The master bedrooms were very spacious, very comfy and you felt like home. It was a five star hotel feeling.
The kitchen had all the essentials including service for twelve which was nice and clean.
The location of the house is great and very close to hiking trails in the Smoky mountains.
You should know that if you need groceries there is a shopping area at light traffic number 10. We discovered this fact only on the last day and thought we should share with those interested in getting to Sunstone.
Just a few points to keep in mind for those traveling to the house. The road to the house is very curved and the sides are steep with no shoulder. Make sure you get there before dark. Especially if you are traveling on a snowy day. Don't forget to carry washing machine detergent and essential condiments like sugar, pepper, oil, coffee, tea etc.
