Now with Big Screen TV & High Speed Internet Access!! Madeira Beach is a busy tourist area with Johns Pass is only a mile away. There are several restaurants within walking distance. This condo is a great place for a large family, it will sleep up to ten people. With a three night minimum, have a weekend away from home or stay for months at a time.

John's Pass Village and Boardwalk are just down the beach. The property is on the Trolley Route which runs every 30 minutes, both north and south, from Pass-A-Grille to Clearwater Beach. Busch Gardens is 45 minutes away, and Disney is 90 minutes away. You will be sent a map from the airport to the condo, It is VERY easy to get here, I-275 to Park Blvd, Left at Gulf Blvd and Viola.

Madeira Beach: Don’t like driving, then try flying into Tampa’s International Airport and taking the shuttle for a 40-minute ride to Madeira Beach and Las Brisas. Enjoy 1250 feet of second floor roomy spacious beach living while overlooking blue waters of the heated pool and waves of the Gulf of Mexico. Walk to John’s Pass where you can enjoy fine dinning, shopping, sightseeing or a little karaoke. Attend a worship service or visit the Post Office, both are within walking distance. For a small fare ride a bus from one end of the reef to the other including Tampa and St. Petersburg. If you prefer biking rent a bicycle from a local shop and pedal the Pinellas Trail to Tarpon Springs. When you’re tired place the bike on the bus and relax on the trip back to your condo.

I like the closeness to the supermarket and the Daquiri Deck across the street. The Trolley is very convenient.
