I have a beautiful Condo with a great view of the pool area and the sparkling emerald waters of the Gulf of Mexico. It is located on the fourth floor. There is a private balcony with access from the living room and the master bedroom. The pool is very large and there is a also a pool for children. There is a boardwalk which goes out to the sugar white sands of the beach. When you return, there is a shower for you to rinse the sand from your feet. There is an indoor heated pool and two hot tubs inside. In addition to that, we also have a sauna. There is an area which has charcoal grills and picnic tables. You will love grilling out and eating by the water and enjoying the beautiful sunsets. Our resort also offers a fitness room, a racquetball area and well lit tennis courts.

There is a sleeper sofa in the living room with a large screen TV, a CD player and a DVD player. One entire wall in the living room/dining room is mirrored. This makes a nice reflection of the ocean. The kitchen is full equipped with appliances, dishes, pots and pans and silverware. There is a refrigerator with an ice maker, a microwave, garbage disposal, stove and a washer/dryer for your convenience. Both bedrooms have a king-size bed and a TV. There is a sliding glass door that you can use to go out on the balcony from the master bedroom. Both bedrooms have connecting baths. Clock radios are provided in each bedroom. Free WiFi (Wireless Internet) is provided. There is plenty of shopping and many fine restaurants for your dining pleasure nearby. Snowbirds are welcome and monthly rates are available from October through February at very reasonable rates.

My condo is my home away from home and my little piece of paradise. I would very much like to share it with you. Once you stay here, you will return year after year. So, c'mon down. All you need is your personal items. I will be looking for ya'll.

This condo was very nicely decorated and furnished and the view was just great over looking the pool and ocean. This condo is ideal for two couples traveling together with two king beds and adjoining bathrooms.

Anne, you have a beautiful condo and so very comfortable. My parents came down for the week with us and it was their first time to be in a condo. It was a great experience for them. They loved being directly on the beach and the magnificant view. We wanted for nothing (there was even a scissors). The condo is completely furnished, and the beds (king size) are very comfortable. The decor was wonderful, updated and very homey. The view watching the sun rise is always breathtaking. Thanks for sharing your place with us, it will always be a time remembered. There are alot of great places to eat, Bubba's, Cotton's and Doc's, just to name a few. We will keep the info on the condo handy so we can contact you again for another visit. Anne is great to work with and I highly recommend her condo for a comfortable and relaxing stay at the beach.

Very nicely decorated. Stocked with all the things from home you may need. We brought evrything, but didnt need any of it, including coffee filters. Beds were very comfy. We had a beautiful view. Perfect, perfect!!!! We will hope to use her condo again next year!!

Anne's condo was beautiful, just as the pictures represented it. One thing...the bed...I could have slept in it all day!!! Very spacious for 6 people and very well kept. Kitchen nicely stocked as well. We had a great trip and even more fun watching the pods of dolphins! The staff at the Phoenix were extremely nice and helpful as well. Loved the outdoor & indoor pools! Anne was also such a pleasure to do business with! A wonderful trip and great condo...I highly recommend it!

My sister, a friend, and I came to Orange Beach for a "girls' getaway." This condo is beautiful and provided the perfect place for us to get together. We enjoyed shopping at the outlet mall in Foley, eating out, and returning to "our" condo to visit, play games, and enjoy the sights and sounds of the beach from the balcony. It was a fun, relaxing time. The condo is beautifully decorated and very comfortable. Thank you for sharing your place with us.
