Condominium, 2 Bedrooms + Other (See Description), 2 Baths (Sleeps 6)

I have a beautiful Condo with a great view of the pool area and the sparkling emerald waters of the Gulf of Mexico. It is located on the fourth floor. There is a private balcony with access from the living room and the master bedroom.

The pool is very large and there is a also a pool for children. There is a boardwalk which goes out to the sugar white sands of the beach. When you return, there is a shower for you to rinse the sand from your feet.

There is an indoor heated pool and two hot tubs inside. In addition to that, we also have a sauna.

There is an area which has charcoal grills and picnic tables. You will love grilling out and eating by the water and enjoying the beautiful sunsets.

Our resort also offers a fitness room, a racquetball area and well lit tennis courts.

There is a sleeper sofa in the living room with a large screen TV, a CD player and a DVD player. One entire wall in the living room/dining room is mirrored. This makes a nice reflection of the ocean.

The kitchen is full equipped with appliances, dishes, pots and pans and silverware. There is a refrigerator with an ice maker, a microwave, garbage disposal, stove and a washer/dryer for your convenience.

Both bedrooms have a king-size bed and a TV. There is a sliding glass door that you can use to go out on the balcony from the master bedroom. Both bedrooms have connecting baths. Clock radios are provided in each bedroom.

Free WiFi (Wireless Internet) is provided.

There is plenty of shopping and many fine restaurants for your dining pleasure nearby.

Snowbirds are welcome and monthly rates are available from October through February at very reasonable rates.

My condo is my home away from home and my little piece of paradise. I would very much like to share it with you. Once you stay here, you will return year after year. So, c'mon down. All you need is your personal items. I will be looking for ya'll.

Back for a third time in Anne's condo.

Once again we have enjoyed a great Nov. here in Orange Beach. The condo is clean, spacious,comfortable,and beautifully appointed, as indicated in the photos; with everything one would need. The staff are friendly and efficient. We always look forward to coming here to the gulf and enjoying the view from the large balcony, whether it's sunrise, sunsets, or watching the dolphins during the day.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway

A great condo to spend your vacation in!

We had a nice time earlier this month at Gulf Shores. Weather was nice, quite a bit windy, but sunny. All in all a very pleasant stay.

Your Phoenix 3 condo was very comfortable, nicely appointed, and a great location. Really close to grocery stores and restaurants. Great balcony view. Beautiful, pristine beach. Of course being there in the fall has it’s perks – nowhere near the usual summer crowds and not much traffic! Was a wonderful way to decompress and relax.

Thanks for your hand in our enjoyable vacation, and best wishes for future success in your rental business.

Beautiful Condo and View

The condo was beautiful and the view from the balcony was wonderful. The condo had all the amenities anyone would need for a great stay at Orange Beach. Great restaurant, Live Bait, almost across the street. The Phoenix III has a great grilling area if you don't want to eat out. Everything is close by, The Wharf, the zoo and water sports. Hope to go again next year.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Adventure Seekers, Girls Getaway, Tourists without a Car, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, People with Disabilities, Romantic Getaway

Great time at the beach!

My family enjoyed our stay in Orange Beach. My thanks to Anne for always being so responsive to my questions prior to our trip. My husband & I especially enjoyed the balcony view!
