Located in the Grand building, just steps away from the Little Eagle Lodge, Summit #70 is a two bedroom plus loft unit with two bathrooms that has been exquisitely remodeled from top to bottom. Everything about this home is fabulous, from the beautiful mountain furnishings to the abundant artwork throughout.
The first thing you will notice is how bright and inviting the unit is with high vaulted ceilings, extra large picture windows, and subtle tones in the decor. There is attractive beige carpet throughout the unit with slate stone tile in the kitchen and entryway.
The kitchen has all new custom pine cabinets, granite countertops, upscale appliances and professional grade cookware. The kitchen opens up to a very spacious living area with enough seating space for the whole family. Built-in surround sound speakers, DVD, CD stereo, and a large, flat screen TV will satisfy all your entertainment needs all while you warm up by the new fireplace under a gorgeous custom made mantle.
The master suite is downstairs and offers a large closet, TV, king size bed, plenty of drawer space and a private bathroom with a large jacuzzi tub and elegant granite counters. The loft upstairs is accompanied by the second bedroom, both sleeping spaces share the upstairs bathroom but the bedroom has private access.
The loft is an ideal getaway for kids of all ages, there are two twin beds with adorable bedding and their own TV with built-in VCR and DVD along with a super Nintendo gaming system. The adjacent bedroom is furnished with a queen size bed and a private closet. So much detail has gone into making this the perfect mountain getaway, from the multitude of beautiful artwork to the stylish lighting fixtures all throughout the unit.
Guests will also enjoy FREE international and domestic long distance. This is a stunning getaway and the perfect place to call your home away from home.
Bed Arrangement: A king in the master, a queen in the second bedroom, two twins in the loft. There is not a sleeper sofa in this unit. The maximum occupancy is SIX guests. 2 bedroom condo with loft!
