Skiing and snowboarding are only 25 miles away in Durango Mountain Resort. You’ll have easy access to a variety of seasonal activities, including river rafting, world-class fishing, golfing, hiking, mountain biking and road cycling. Also nearby are Mesa Verde National Park and Wolf Creek Ski Area.

The main floor has a full-sized sofa which converts to a double bed, a dining area, a powder room, and a modern, fully-equipped kitchen. Upstairs, each of the two bedrooms has a queen-sized bed and its own separate full bathroom. There is garage to store your car and recreational equipment, and additional parking spaces accompany the unit.
