Having rented from Cynthia before we knew we wouldn't be disappointed - and we weren't. The booking process was made easy by Cynthia, as was checking in - Mike was there to meet us on arrival and came to say goodbye when we left. We arrived in the evening - and despite the jet lag couldn't fail to be impressed by the view. The apartment was great - spacious, comfortable, and well stocked with everything you could possibly need. It soon became a 'home away from home' - a welcome retreat after a day at the beach, a haven after a hard days shopping. Secure building - you can only access the private units via a card system allowing you the take the elevator to the upper floors which are not available to those staying in the hotel (elevators on the right are for the private units - the elevators on the left seem to be for the hotel or access to the pool on level 6) . We usually used the lower lobby entrance which is generally for the private residential units - more convenient and well kept. The private floors hallways were nicely carpeted and kept very clean - convenient trash room just across from the unit and it was emptied several times a day. The description of the unit and photo's are accurate - I have already sent the link to a few friends who are thinking about visiting. Overall having a homely, well kept unit made our stay great - missing Hawaii - can't wait to come back!
